Arrive in your cozy Lapland yard, where your evening begins with a calm meet-and-greet with our reindeer. You’ll have time for photos and to enjoy the atmosphere before your guide gives a short safety briefing and introduces the traditional kick sleds and lanterns. Next, you head out into the Arctic night by kick sled, gliding from the yard onto the frozen lake. With lanterns lighting the way and no city lights around, you’ll search for the Northern Lights in a peaceful, open landscape. The pace is relaxed, with stops to watch the sky, take pictures and simply enjoy the silence of Lapland. During the tour, you can warm up in a traditional kota by the fire. Here you’ll be served hot berry juice, and if you wish, you can grill sausages in true Lapland style. This experience combines reindeer, gentle adventure and an intimate Northern Lights setting – a cozy alternative to large bus tours. Please note that the aurora is a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed, but your guide will always aim for the best possible viewing conditions.
