  Our guide Julien and driver Alex were really fantastic. Julien was so knowledgable and both were absolutely dedicated to ensuring all the guests had a great experience. Expectations were kept very reasonably but both did everything they could to help us see the lights and when we did, help everyone to capture them. Julien also took great photos of everyone! When the lights were low, we were taught about the science behind them and also discussed many other interesting things about Norway. Even without the lights this would have been a great experience :)

  Highly recommend this tour! They take finding the lights very seriously and our tour guide Julien’s passion and knowledge for the northern lights made it even better! This was our second tour while in Tromso and it was 1000% better than the large bus tour we went on. Julien was fantastic at explaining how the night would go and what we could expect-we immediately left for the warehouse to get suited up. That took 7 minutes and then we were off. We got lucky and only had 2 stops because the lights were so active. Julien took several photos of everyone whenever the lights changed or “exploded.” When the lights died down he started a fire and served us hot drinks and later dinner and dessert all while teaching us about the northern lights, Tromso and getting to know our group of 15. It was just a truly wonderful experience and I am so grateful to Julien for making it so magical!

  Louis and Philipe were a great guide and driver. Very knowledgable about the Northern lights! Even though the weather did not cooperate and clouds rolled in so we did not see much it was still a nice experience to have dinner around a campfire. Nice to be in a small group of six.

  The guide and driver were incredibly friendly and helpful. Sitting in the snow with a fire and eating the dinner was honestly so much fun. It was also incredible to see the lights!! It was mostly overcast so the guide was working so hard to find us some visibility

  We did this guided tour on December 8th 2024 and we were very disappointed, even if I understand that we faces a natural phenomenon. I would not recommend this kind of activity. Although our guide was interesting and tried to do her best to keep us in the mood, at the end we spent many hours in expectation for nothing and this time is fulfilled by the guide with tips, questions, interesting knowledge, but everything seemed to me too like a marketing trap. The most interesting was the dinner at the fireplace by eating the same freeze-dried meals as the Norwegian military. Sorry guys for this bad review but it seems to me as the offer does not suit to this natural phenomenon.
