5.00Even though it was cloudy the team was very friendly and still gave us the full experience. I can't blame them for the clouds in sky but they did made an effort to drive us to Finland to chase the northern lights but unfortunately the clouds were following us. It was a magical experience with the bonfire and the interesting hot food but would of been a mystical experience if the aurora lights danced in the sky. The team was friendly and accommodating.

5.00Nelson and Magdalena were very wonderful and knowledgeable guides. We were very lucky and saw auroras immediately! There was a campfire with delicious stews for dinner and hot chocolate and marshmallows for desert.

4.00Magdalena and Lucie were excellent group leaders and went out of their way to ensure that we have a fabulous experience they kept us entertained with stories and anecdotes and took us to the best places, some of which we were the only people there. I have only one very very tiny criticism which is, if the aurora is very active, you can expect to arrive back after all the buses have stopped running - it would have been good to know this in advance; taxis are expensive if your hotel is not in the city centre.

5.00Our two guides Nelson and Magdalena were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, entertaining, kind and considerate. We had to be a little patient for the lights to appear but when they did - WOW - an amazing show of dancing auroras!

5.00We had booked the big bus tour but got a free upgrade to the minibus due to not enough people. The snow suits and shoes were warm and the guides helped us to get them all on. The guide (Nelson) was amazing: funny, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He made effort to get to know everyone in the group and explained everything clearly to us. We had an amazing show of the northern lights at 2 different locations, and the photos Nelson took were incredible too - and he uploaded them so fast, by the time I woke up the next day! We had a camp fire and dinner (which was actually really nice) and toasted marshmallows and hot chocolate. The atmosphere was great and the areas we went to weren’t over run by loads of tour groups. 10/10 experience - comfortable mini van, great guide and amazing northern lights!!

5.00Value for money. Easy ticketing Environment friendly Lucy (our guide) made the whole experience magnificent. She is so passionate about her job that she found the aurora althought it was a cloudy nicht with low activity. She is a real aurora hunter! Thanks!!!!
