  It was an amazing experience, from start to finish! The guides were able to find a great spot, the best for the night based on visibility and not too much wind. It was not too cold and we could comfortably enjoy the show of the Lignts! The dinner by the fire with the group was also a very special moment in the evening, and was fun to try dehitrated moose soup

  Petra our guide was excellent, she looked after us very well she made sure we were all safe and comfortable on the snow. She was very knowledgeable about the northern lights and explained everything very well. We gad a fantastic light display and Petra captured it all in lovely photos for us, she has very good photography skills. Petra was very thoughtful and bought birthday cake and candles to celebrate the birthdays. This was a magical tour, well organised, the suits and boots were good and petrz the tour guide excellent. Also a shout out to our driver Nicholas. who was very patient stopping for us on the way back to see some dancing lights and waiting for us even though it was very late.

  This tour was excellent. Petra our guide was a wonderful person. She looked after us very well. She was very caring and even provided birthday cake for those who were celebrating. Her photography skills were amaizing and she captured the lights we saw so much better than we did. Her knowledge of the northern lights was impressive and she explained every to us very well. Petra also had great firefighting skills. I dan not praise Petra highly enough for her genuine love of the northern lights, she made our trip magical. Also a big shout out to our driver Nikolous, he was very patient and stopped for us to see the most amazing light show on tje way back to Tromso even though it was getting late. Arctic Explorers was very well organised and I would highly recommend this trip

  This northern lights tour was truly perfect! I cannot recommend this company and our guide Miguel enough. We first started off by them, providing us withall of our Arctic gear and Miguel clearly explaining what our plan was for the night. We got on a very nice large sprinter van with plenty of room for everyone. We had a driver as well as Miguel guiding us on the tour. We drove about an hour and a half from Tromso and Miguel set up a campfire, fed us a wonderful dinner and we had hot chocolate and tea! We started seeing the Aurora‘s around 9 PM but then around 11:30 the sky lit up and we saw the most incredible northern lights dancing across the sky! We did another northern lights tour and the professional professionalism of this one far surpassed the other others! We got so many wonderful pictures. It is a trip. I will never forget!

  An absolutely extraordinary experience and undoubtedly the most beautiful I have ever had!🌌 The Northern Lights are something magical and indescribable, but this excursion exceeded all expectations. The organization was impeccable in every detail: everything was perfectly planned and this allowed us to enjoy the experience in total tranquility. Our guide, Thomas, was simply exceptional: knowledgeable, passionate and really engaging in telling and explaining all about the Northern Lights, nature and the Arctic sky. You can feel how much he loves his work and this makes the experience even more special. He made us feel comfortable, answered every question with enthusiasm and made the whole evening not only exciting but also very interesting. Watching the dawn dance in the sky as we listened to his explanations was something I will always carry with me.   We are very disappointed with this agency. There are three of us who each booked seven excursions for the first week of March. We made a mistake with the month when booking the husky excursion. They didn't refund our money and wanted us to pay for the excursion again. Naturally, we canceled several excursions with them, and the ones we did take were quite basic. Only one woman, Magdalena, was lovely, on the fjord excursion.

  This was a fantastic experience seeing the aurora. Our guide Petra was great, very knowledgeable and friendly/personable. The staff was accommodating and arranged our transport to and from our ship docked outside of town. The provided thermal suits and boots were great. I would highly recommend Arctic Explorers.

  Need to be patient when you are hunting for the northern lights. Listen to your guide vs the apps. The apps were wrong compared to what we saw
