  No words can describe how incredible this experience was. We understand we got luckier than most given the conditions of the night, but regardless, our guide Petra put in a massive effort to keep everyone engaged and passionate whilst spotting out every single ray or whisp of the lights. The night turned incredible with some dancing lights, which Petra later explained the science behind around the campfire.   Very interesting tour with competent and friendly tour guides. Comfortable ride on a minibus. Cosy fire to relax and sit around in group.

  When we started our "chase", we already knew the cloud cover would most likely persist, obscuring the lights. Alberto was great, solicitous, engaging and determined to find lights for us. We saw activity through a break in the clouds and were delighted. The fire and hot cocoa added to the experience as well Great job.

  Looking forward to doing another tour with Arctic Explorers. Very professional, knowledgeable about Aurora activity and places to take us. The guides took us a couple of hours away to find a place which allowed us to see Aurora. We set up camp in the snow and the guides started a fire, we watched the Aurora, had pictures taken individually and of the small group and ate dinner. The experience was memorable and the energy and personality of the guides made it even more special.

  Thermal suit given which was very good and kept us warm , excellent locations to view the lights, our guide Angel was fantastic. He made the trip really enjoyable, we were really lucky , the lights out on a spectacular show , we could see them dancing across the sky

  Poor quality tour, given the fact that the guide knew in advance that the chances to see the Northern Lights under the circumstances were nil. Instead of cancelling it, we spent hours travelling and waiting. A day in advance we received a very unfriendly e-mail stating that we should not ask any questions about the wether conditions in advance, because the guides knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, all those questions turned to be relevant. The food 'expedition style' is awful. Good points: the thermo clothes and boots were very good. Advice: check the app for the Northen Lights yourself and if the conditions are right go to the dark area in the city. You will see everything you need, close to where you are staying. We did exactly that a day after out disspointing trip, and it was wonderful.

  To see the Northern Lights, you also need a slice of luck. We certainly did! It was amazing. I'm sure this team of guides will do everything they can to drive to the best place to see it as well as possible. They are also enthusiastic and make the whole evening an experience with campfire, hot chocolate and a meal. It was really fantastic!

  I had a mesmerizing experience of seeing the lights. Our tour expert , Tomas, from Arctic explorers, was very informative and took personal care of every individual. They ensured to chase silent and dark spots for ideal viewing. I am very satisfied with their services and would recommend them totally.

  This tour was amazing! Our guide and driver were so kind and genuinely enthusiastic about chasing the aurora. They made sure we were always in the right place at the right time, and we learnt so much about the Northern Lights and Norway along the way. With such a small group, we felt really seen and properly looked after. Customer service was excellent as well, very quick replies and genuinely helpful information!🙌🤩

  These out door experience's are at times built on past, our guide was great but, poor communications, on where to actually meet, kept looking for the person in charge, never found them till I hunted down the driver of the vehicle that drove us there taking 25 min. extra time. When we reached the spot we unloaded and waited several hours till something appeared but only through a camera, not at all what I expected from the advertisement shown or pictures presented BUT once again not completely there fault this is weather at its best, you just never know when or where.
