  Great experience. Amazing to meet a Sami farmer and his beautiful herd of reindeer. Feeding was a frenzy of fun, so lovely to be close to an animal that features every Christmas. Very interesting to hear about the Sami culture too. Snow shoeing with Lawrence and Mano was incredible. They were such good leaders and loved their tales and informative discussions.   Everything about this experience was excellent. The reindeer are clearly very well cared for and in great condition, which made the feeding part feel authentic and respectful. The snowshoe hike itself was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning scenery the whole way, and it was genuinely fun from start to finish. A perfect mix of nature, activity, and animal interaction.   They cancled the trip with out telling us.The trip was canceled without prior notification, which prevented us from arranging an alternative activity. We went to pick up spot and we couldnt find them and we contcted the suppourt in the site they told us there is no trip for us So we had no chance to book another activty.

  Amazing morning. Great communication and clear details on pick up location. Was just a 40 minute trip on the bus to get to the venue. Started off feeding some very excitable reindeer before having a quick lesson on how to walk properly in our snow shoes. Fabulous walk in the snow for just over an hour with very informative and chatty guides. Walked through wooded areas and out into a beautiful plateaux with panoramic views. Upon return to camp, we had a very hearty bowl of hot reindeer stew and a hot drink by the fire to dry out a little as it had been snowing for much of our walk. Highly recommend this tour.   The beginning was well organised, but the end was very chaotic! There was no cultural interaction with Sami, nothing was explained and after lunch the guides disappeared and after we asked they answered we have to leave to get to the city!

  We booked the snowshoeing with them and was really looking forward to either snowshoeing or even just hiking. However, the pouring raining the day before and the day off made it impossible. They reached out via email the day before offering us to reschedule, refund or attend another tour. We had to choose refund due to our schedule. They responded right away and confirmed they will refund the tour. Two or three days later, we received the refund. The whole process was efficient and painless. will definitely try them again if we go back to Tromso in the future.

  This was such a fun tour! You get picked up in Tromso and taken by bus to the reindeer ranch. Then you split into groups and we were doing the snowshoeing. First we got to feed the reindeer and pet them and it’s very magical. Then we did the snowshoeing and it was a lot of fun and the scenery is lovely. The people were very kind, too. We got warm drinks at the end and food but we didn’t have the food. Would definitely recommend!
