You can either book a free time slot online or walk in to enter Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral. Since the monument reopened in December 2024, visitors should expect queues.

1.00DO NOT USE THIS LOCAL TOUR GROUP. We could not find the tour guide despite arriving 30 minutes a head of time. We desperately tried to find the tour and contacted Viator to assist. They provided a phone number which went unanswered. The tour group also did not send confirmation or call us to confirm. With EVERY Viator tour I have ever taken I ALWAYS RECEIVE confirmation via WhatsApp and email and generally a call from the tour guide. Not so this time. We ended walking thru Notre Dame ourselves. Again, DO NOT USE THIS GROUP. You have plenty of other options. We were extremely disappointed. Viator would not give us a refund although we tried every way to find the tour. Bad form on the part of Viator.

1.00Experience very disappointing and expensive for what we saw. Foreign guide with little command of French, although we had bought a service in French. His comments were very basic and approximate during the tour, with few precise historical references in the explanations given to us. We did not have any comments by the guide on the façade of Notre Dame although this was included in the package; in addition, we had to rent audio guides inside the cathedral for the visit of the building, although this was well foreseen in the cost of the service.I made it clear when I ordered that we did not have the possibility to download the audio guides proposed for this part of the visit. It was then made clear to me that those of the cathedral were accessible with our tickets purchased from Viator. Which was not the case!

3.00ND is a beautiful site and recommend seeing. However, the audio tour was a complete disaster—after trying several times to connect through the bar code we gave up. I believe that even if we would have been successful connecting the audio, the noise inside the Cathedral would have drowned out the tour audio.

1.00We canceled the tour with you since it did not include reservation access for the interior of Notre dame according to our tour guide and only the cript and outside island grounds. We are still waiting for our refund. We were also considering Versailles with your company but will decide based on resolving our disconcerting issue with the Notre Dame tour first. 1.00Well no trip inside Notre Dame so description misleading. Guide was hard to understand her English and repeatedly said well I’m not an expert so didn’t learn much. Supposed to be an hour tour, was much shorter.

1.00We arrived at the meeting point on time and the group was gone already. It was before the 9 am leaving time as well and no representative was to be found. We looked everywhere for someone from that group and finally just entered the Cathedral on our own. So we never ended up being able to even take that tour. Very disappointed.

5.00The tour started with a walk around the Notre Dame area; Luz’s talk included a clear explanation of the history of Paris from pre-Roman times, & information about each of the significant buildings in the district, including the cathedral. You must choose the option to visit the Crypt which displays archeological artefacts. Luz was friendly, knowledgeable & able to answer all our questions. The tour ends when we join the queue to enter the cathedral.
