  We did this tour and had an absolute blast. The experience was phenomenal. We got to see manta rays, turtles and more. Our guides Fernando and Coral took fantastic care of us. I had never snorkled before and I had no problems. I did get a little sea sick as I wasn't used to the water. That was no problem for them, they came over and took care of us immediately and got us up and running again. If you get Fernando and Coral as your guides, you are in for an experience you will remember for your lifetime.

  Well organised, knowledgeable and friendly hosts - Fernando and Chill’s free diving skills are very impressive! - drinks, towels and refreshments provided. Saw dolphins, manta rays, sea turtles and an absolute abundance of gorgeous fish and coral life at a variety of stops along the way. Nusa Penida is a sight to behold, monkeys to see there as well. Teen kids loved the experience as did the adults.

  The trip packed a lot into the day – which I really liked. The pickup process was a separate cost from the excursion and had to be booked at the same time, but the price was reasonable and the driver made everything seamless, knowing exactly where to drop us off and pick us up. I recommend adding this on to make the process hassle-free. We had time before boarding to grab breakfast at Seagrass on the Beach in Sanur, since the early pickup didn’t allow us to enjoy the hotel buffet. The boat ride out was a bit choppy (social media may exaggerate the conditions, but the Indian Ocean is rougher than the Pacific and Atlantic), so I recommend taking Dramamine about 30 minutes beforehand. Snorkeling was fun, and we did see manta rays, which was a highlight. One drawback: the staff initially expected everyone to jump straight into the water. As someone who prefers using a ladder, I had to insist before they accommodated. I’ve snorkeled around the world and never encountered that as the only option—so I recommend the tour company always provide the ladder for those who need it. Lunch was excellent at a beach club with a “heaven’s gate” photo spot—just as Instagram-worthy as the famous one, with a gorgeous ocean view and good food options. Afterward, the company offered flexibility: either visit Kelingking Beach via the winding roads (take more Dramamine if you go) or relax at the beach club instead, which was a thoughtful option. The day wrapped up with a smooth return to Sanur and back to the resort. Overall, this was a well-run, full day with lots of variety. Tips: Take Dramamine, wear watershoes, and don’t skip the transfer add-on for convenience.

  Very experienced crew (our guide was Handsom and a couple of others). Crew is friendly. Always available to answer any questions. Very enthusiastic to make sure way saw the huge manata rays and also turtles. Knowledgable about water conditions and tide. The restaraunt after the tour was very good. The pick up and drop off location was convineant. They also had water and fruits onboard. They had snorkels and life jackets too. The crew catered very well to participants according to their level of comfort / swimming ability in the water. Highly recommended.
