1.00The company communications prior to my trip set high expectations. Let me just say my transport was nothing like I expected. My driver was late picking us up. The vehicle was had body damage, it was dirty inside and out. The check engine light was on. The gas light was on as well. We did arrive in Manhattan in less than an hour but we felt the driver was unsafe at times. I wish other people would leave more honest reviews! Do yourself a favor FIND another company. The picture in the ad in Viator is definitely deceiving.

2.00Quite a disappointing experience. Car was an old and dirty Suburban and certainly not luxurious but main issue was that we had to wait 30 mins for driver and in the end had to call the company. The driver was supposed to text the night before with details of pick up (as per booking) but no text and none received the night before. This is not a meet and greet service, or certainly one that most are used to when the driver waits for you rather than you having to wait for them. So if you want a proper meet and greet with your driver tracking your flight and waiting for you at arrivals then book someone else

1.00We ordered a luxury sedan, the car was not that. It was small in the back, and barely fit our luggage. The driver was nice but had lots of clutter in the front, kept taking phone calls, and playing news radio. He did not know my name to confirm he was our ride, and he did not know our flight info, even though we provided that during booking. He was also dressed in sweats and took about 30 minutes to get to the pick up point after telling us he was only 10 minutes away. We also couldn’t turn the lights in the back on and off. Overall not the lux experience you expect when booking a luxury car.
