I had a great experience at The Edge. I went a few days after Christmas when the Museum of Ice Cream had the Pinkmas theme and loved all of the photo ops in pink! It was a cold day, so we spent more time admiring the views from inside, as well as exploring all of the pink decor. The viewing platform was really fun, too! It was a clear day so visibility was good and we were able to see the Statue of Liberty and other iconic NYC landmarks! The temps were below freezing and it was super-windy, so we definitely had to bundle up when we were on the viewing platform. The section with the glass floor was cool as you could see down 100 floors to the street! I had teenagers with me and they also enjoyed our time at The Edge. Being a CT resident, I had seen online that we were eligible for a Tri-State discount, but I wasn't sure how to apply the discount when I tried ordering the tickets online. I called The Edge and Ayesha was very helpful. She reserved the tickets for me on the day and time I had chosen, and she emailed me a confirmation. We brought the confirmation to the counter at the entrance to The Edge on the 4th floor of Hudson Yards, and the customer service rep was able to apply the discount after verifying my ID and I paid for the tickets at that time. There was a long line when we got there at about 1:00 p.m., but it moves quickly and we didn't have too wait in line very long.

The observation deck was closed. They told me it was closed, but it would be reopening soon and it never did.

We had an amazing time at EDGE NYC! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, exciting, and unforgettable for our entire family. The kids absolutely loved the ice cream, which made the visit even more special for them, while the adults enjoyed EDGE’s signature adult beverages, which were excellent and added a nice touch to the overall experience. It truly felt like something for everyone. One of the best parts was that we didn’t have to wait in line, which allowed us to fully enjoy the views and the atmosphere without feeling rushed. The staff was friendly and well-organized, making everything flow seamlessly.Between the incredible views, great refreshments, and stress-free experienceEDGE NYC exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend it to families and couples alike and would happily visit again!

Beautiful view but too expensive for only 5 minutes of nothing but view. It should include more activities to do that will make the visit worth

You need to compare yourself to the competition when setting your prices! For the same amount, we did The Summit; we spent two hours there, there are plenty of activities included, and they are truly interesting. Here, you go up to the observation deck, the view is really nice, and that’s it. This took us 30 minutes, including the bleachers, and especially the pointless walk through a corridor of rubber bananas and fur cones. What’s the point? Moreover, during our visit we couldn’t see the glass floor because it was raining. Someone was monitoring to make sure we didn’t walk on the glass once it became slippery. Okay, that’s fine, but you could at least run a squeegee over it every five minutes so we can actually see the main attraction!!!??? Very disappointed.

Was fine but I was expecting to have one ice cream free, included in the ticket. Also could be more interesting if the was more interactivity with the people.
