Incredible views Ona cold January evening. The sight of New York at night was amazing. We could see for miles. The staff were so friendly and reassuring with my height phobia

Outstanding. Fabulous views of the surrounding area. Not too busy either in January. Lots to see inside and a great bar! By far our favourite observation deck

This is a breathtaking view, New York City is beautiful from above. It’s very nice and they give you a drink from its bar, I would recommend to visit the restaurant that gives you access to the deck for free.

That the glass space is to small , to many people and it's not worth the money they charge. To small

Do the VIP ticket to beat the line. Views from the Edge out & beyond & below are eye watering as the Sun sets across NY City. We did the Pinkmas, glass of champagne included but suggest this is separated from the ordinary tkt holders buying food as took away the VIP vibe. Recommended by us four.

Over rated instagram photo opportunity. My partner and I visited this week during our trip to NYC. We booked tickets for the 4pm slot. When we got there at 3:50 they were letting people with 4:30pm tickets in too. The queue to get up there was ridiculous, it took over an hour to queue for the lifts. When up there the view was great however it was rammed with people on the observation deck and inside. I thought I would get a mimosa cocktail when up there. It was €26 and the glass was half full at most and was plastic. The queue to get back down was even worse than the queue to get up. We were there for 2.5 hours and the majority of that was spent in queues. I would research thoroughly for an observation deck if you want to visit as this was not worth the hype. We were very disappointed for the price we paid.

Very spectacular, the view is stunning and made all directions. The transparent railing lets you see everything. It was very windy, but there's somewhere to shelter to see it more protected. And you can stay as long as you want upstairs. A good choice. The catch: we were canceled less than 24 hours after the activity and have not been allowed to change the date. I understand they won't pay the money back, but there's no problem.
