Second visit to NY & regretted not visiting the Empire State Building the first time round.. it did not disappoint. We purchased fast pass observation deck tickets & visited early evening to catch the sunset. It was amazing. It was also a surreal experience to visit the foyer which is featured in so many films. I personally feel that the Empire State Building beats Rockerfella & One World hands down (both visited & still great experiences). 10/10 must do!

We booked the VIP Ambassador tour for our 2 grandsons. Renita was our witty, friendly, and knowledgeable guide. Our grandsons were listening to her every word about the history of the ESB. They were a little embarrassed when she Happy Birthday to them at the Top! She was amazing and they loved the tour.

The whole building was awesome but I’m mainly writing this review because of Mrs Renita E!! While on the 102 FL she welcomed us into the area asked us where we was from chatted and took the MOST AMAZING PHOTOS! Of me and the Fiancé!! Thank you. Renita E will be back because of you.

Third time in NY and decided to finally visit the ESB. Iconic building and lots of info available before the ride to the top. Shows how the skyline developed during the early 1900s and tells a great story about ESB and shows all the films it has featured in etc. Really interesting. You go from 80th to 86th floor in another elevator. Really good experience, kids loved it and so did the adults, Got the visit on the GoCity pass - booked it on the day. Would recommend!!

Breathtaking. The view remains mythical, and in New York, the views, it remains essential.

Bought tickets online: no VIP line needed on an early entrance; interactive videos are very cool; def go outside on the observation deck to see NYC
