Many people say to skip this and do other venues where you go up and can see this building, but unless you've been in it before, do not miss it. I'd never been and it was worth the going to. Thoroughly enjoyed. Entry was easy - simply ask if you're unsure about how to enter with your ticket and timed entry. Everything was very easy and made clear where to go and what to do while inside. On a picture perfect day like we had it is a fantastic view.

This experience is self paced which is nice. There were a few of us that were afraid of heights but still enjoyed it.

Since we were there in the off season, there was no line!!!! It was beautiful...and the weather had not been wonderful, but on this day it was exceptional. The history and class in that building was beyond measure.

Had a gloriously clear day. Lines were not too bad, and staff were universally kind and helpful. Views were great.
