4.00Going to the top is amazing. If you are late they still let you go within the 1 1/2 hr tour time. Our flight was late and we tried to call /chat both companies and no one responded so we went anyway and luckily at least saw it without a guide. Experience 10, communication 0.

5.00We had VIP tour tickets. It was absolutely worth it! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made every moment delightful! We had fantastic views and we saw the King Kong exhibit that was awesome! We visited parts of the building that are only accessible if you have VIP tickets. The group consisted of 8 people. It was a fabulous way to see the Empire State Building!

5.00What a fun experience. Lots of historical facts to read about as you travel to the top for the grand view. Pretty amazing how it all came together. Staff was very nice and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time there.

3.00We had a reservation for 7:15 and it seemed like a slower night at the ESB. This also seemed to mean that they didn’t have a lot of staffing on. There was no one manning the VIP “red carpet” entrances (of which there were many). We had to seek out an employee or just scan our own ticket. I paid for a VIP experience but didn’t receive one. I am disappointed. I would recommend visiting the ESB but I’m not sure that you will get what you pay for in the VIP experience.
