3.00The staff isn't helpful and borderline rude. Signage is weak. When we went through security there were no trays and yet I got yelled at for not using a tray for my phone.

5.00So fun!! We used an app to buy tickets, but they were not very expensive. It only lasted about 1 hour but it is very self paced. Not a big crowd and the staff was kind!

5.00We did an incredible tour with Renita, who is a legend. She brought the world's most famous building to life and it was an experience we'll never forget. If you have the pleasure of getting a tour from Renita, you should jump at the chance. Great storytelling, great history. She took wonderful photos and her warmth and history are unmatched. No wonder she's made it Trip Advisor's number one attraction in the world. Can't wait to be back and see her again.
