2.00Entrance moved no signage to help to get to other entrance. 3 time slots let in at same time so 300 people all rammed into experience. Lifts small with 14 people in. Counted 4 school groups up there. Enough said

4.00I think it was a bit expensive. Overall it was a good experience. We did not stay for to long but we’re here for a good amount of time still I think the cost was a bit much. The people were nice though there were a couple of employees that were cranky/sassy. There were some long ish lines but they moved quickly. My personal favorite part was the view at the top. Best for its view.

5.00We booked via booking .com as I get points discount. Messages were great and easy to follow. We booked for 10am, and what a view. We have had a few mornings and afternoons where the fog rolled in so we’re very lucky indeed. Book the 103nf floor crazy how many people did not take this option. The morning was great no queues and easy to see spots through observatory.
