The Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Ferry operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm with regular departures from Battery Park. You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal
This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access.
Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

5.00It does precisely what it says. The tour bus stops at all the important landmarks. No problems rejoining later on in the day and there seemed to be a regular flow of buses resulting in less lost time.

5.00Definitely recommended! The best was the driver and guide Jimmy, who does his job with passion. The stops are easy to find and if you look online beforehand, there are always some discount campaigns, e.g. I found a promotion 2 for 1 at Groupon and was able to use the voucher also on the terrace in the 100th. Floor of "The Edge."

1.00I have done Bug Bus tours in London, Paris, & New Orleans and thoroughly pleased. But the NYCity bus tour was a total waste of money as it crept along because of traffic, you can't see anything because of the tall buildings and the most horrible part was the recorded narration; which was a silly banter back-and-forth of a man and woman in a stupid idiotic teasing each other, not giving you what you wanted to hear about the city - also it was almost unable to understand because of the static. I was so very disappointed as this was my first trip to New York City, and my money & time was wasted on this tour.

5.00This package deal was completely worth it! Enjoyed the Downtown Loop, Empire State visit and Liberty/Ellis Island Ferry. Wanda at Big Bus NYC Stop 1 took care of booking our Empire and Ferry dates. Don’t bother using the online “manage your booking” for the Empire State. That online feature doesn’t work. Just book your Empire and Ferry at Stop 1. We enjoyed this package!

2.00Not sure how to review this. Sure this is an easy way to see New York City, but it is very time consuming. Sure its better than trying to drive through New York City but it is a very expensive way to see New York landmarks. You don't get close enough to them and the pre-recorded message you are listening to in the headphones does not 100% line up to the tour. So I would say its overpriced and very time consuming don't expect to hop off and on like they advertise, it takes too long to get to each landmark.
