  Absolutely phenomenal! The guides were kind, fun and knowledgeable. When we got to our location to jump into the water, my camera came loose from the handle and sank to the bottom. Our guide was able to dive down and retrieve it, going above and beyond. We aw sea turtles and tons of fish. So much fun!

  I did see turtles which is the only reason I didn't rate the tour as 1 star. First of all, the advertising said they only booked at half capacity so there would be plenty of room. I can't imagine jamming any more people on the boat. Secondly, there were too many groups in the area. It was complete chaos. I lost track of how many times I got bumped, kicked or had people get in front of my camera - including by the guides who might have been the worst offenders of the last piece. That brings me to the third negative- 2 of the young female guides were extremely rude. They had bad attitudes and got in the way of everyone trying to enjoy the wildlife. Most of my video is them swimming with the turtles.

  I highly recommend this tour! The tour size was kept very reasonable. There was plenty of room on board to move around, sit comfortably, and personal attention was given to each passenger. Refreshments were also provided on board. Huge shoutout to Captain Greg for the smooth sailing and Joe for being an amazing tour guide. Both were charismatic, personable, and knowledgeable. Their appreciation for nature was also apparent and added to our excitement. None of my group had any snorkeling experience, but we were given clear instructions and tips to get the most out of our time in the water. The guys clearly knew their stuff because we ended up seeing so many turtles as well as a variety of fish, sea urchins, reefs, etc. We truly enjoyed our time and would book with them again! Also, one of my group was getting nauseous/sea-sick, and the crew was able to help her out which was very appreciated. 10/10 experience

• Fun beginner snorkeling adventure

  This was a great experience for ages 10 and up. The crew Holly, Joe, and Greg (boat captain) did a great job getting us prepared to snorkel, finding the sea turtles. Holly had a lot of knowledge and shared it while we were in the water about the turtles and other wildlife.

  Trip advisor double booked me w/o authorization and i had to pay 2x for the same experience. They kept sending me messages which i thought was reminders and so I paid in advance only to have them charge my paypal account the day before w/o authorization I will not use trip advisor again unless i get refunded! And i will alert all my friends the details.

  Such a fun time! Our crew was very helpful and friendly, making sure everyone in the group got to see everything happening around us. Our captain Crash was funny and made sure we got the best pictures of the fish also. We saw four turtles with one breaching the ocean for air right beside us, it was awesome! Not to mention Sushi the dog was a very nice addition to the experience. It was a small group of folks on-board with nice snacks and beverages afterwards to help with being so exhausted after all the swimming. This was a 10/10 experience!

  Easy to book; reasonable pricing; easy to get to and park; easy to find the boat. Once on the boat, Kareem, Margaret, and John were great! You can tell they love their job and are committed to their guests having a great time. They had drinks and snacks readily available and the boat has a toilet! Very important: mostly everyone was very nauseous after getting back on the boat post-snorkeling. The hosts had ginger ale to help, but def recommend anti-nausea meds.

  The entire trip was good , water craft was in good order and very clean. Good time. Water was not as clear this time but we did see lots of fish , turtles.
