The boat crew was very helpful in making sure you were comfortable in the water , regardless of your water skill level. They were great in spotting the turtles so that we all had a chance to notice them.

The crew was great, explained everything in detail. We were fortunate to see quite a few turtles. Their website says books 1/2 capacity for comfort, not sure what the actual capacity is but there were people standing as they didn’t have a seat. So was that 1/2 capacity??

My family and I, who were a party of nine on the catamaran, attended the snorkeling session yesterday - 4/14. Captain Greg was phenomenal and Hailey was friendly. However, there was another deck member who was not welcoming, friendly or kind in any way shape or form and who ultimately ruined the experience for myself and made my family feel uncomfortable. It started when one of my family members slipped and fell on their back while stepping down, she was directly in front of the said family member when she watched him fall - she was looking down while he was on the floor and began to tell me that the the catamaran “is a shoeless vessel” and asked why I hadn’t taken my shoes off. Completely disregarding the family member who was in front of me that slipped and fell on their back to tell me that I needed to put my shoes (water sandals) in a provided bucket. I said “noted” and walked off of the catamaran to put my sandals in the bucket, informed that deck mate that she might want to make an announcement as there are other guests with their shoes/sandals on as well. During instruction time, instructions were said for each gear item… however we were made to feel like a burden when asking for further instruction or clarification by that specific deck member. I later got sick on the catamaran due to motion sickness, which was to no fault of the deck members and captain Greg was lovely and super attentive… however, I was instructed and given a “barf bag” by captain Greg - who said to “chuck it off the deck” after puking in said barf bag… which I followed instructions as such. The unpleasant deck member retrieved the barf bag, swimming up to the catamaran asking why I threw the bag off of the deck, I apologized insistently stating “I was informed to throw the bag off of the deck, which she argued “no, he probably said to throw it away” I stated “I don’t know, I thought the bags were biodegradable or something and that’s why he asked me to chuck the barf bag off of the catamaran.” She rolled her eyes and floated off. Later, the unpleasant deck member continued to make comments about the barf bag situation making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome for a miscommunication/accident that could’ve been avoided with proper instruction. All said - I feel that the crew members and captain should be on the same page with rules and regulations to properly inform guests of expectations and to be more considerate of those that do experience motion sickness.

Loved every moment of this trip. They were kind and funny. We saw so many fish and turtles. I would book them again in a heartbeat. If we weren’t leaving tomorrow I’d go again.

Awesome adventure for the kids and adults. The fish were so close you could almost touch them, the turtles are fun when they come up to say hello, and to top it off we got to watch a mom and baby humpback on the way in.

It was a great experience. Captain and staff were great and accommodating. We were the only family with a little one. My daughter is 7 yrs old and they made sure to be attentive towards her in the water and with instructions before we got in the start snorkel. It was a windy day and ocean was slightly murky that day which made it slightly difficult to see the fishes and sea turtles while snorkeling. Other than the wind and water condition, it was a good experience. Snacks and drinks were provided with purchase. For the price, it was well worth the experience. Other tours were almost double the cost with the same time frame or less. I would definitely book again when in Oahu.

It was a great experience, however the trip did not complete. It was an extremely rainy day, and we all got on the boat and got ready, but by the time we got to the spot, the rain was so much that it was making the water brown. The crew determined it was unhealthy and not a good experience. I would still recommend this though. Props to the crew, they made it fun while it lasted.

UK visitors. Captain Krash and his team provide a safe, informative, and most importantly, fun boat trip to swim with turtles.

We Did not see any turtles, i feel we should get some money back, the crew was great they tried looking for turtles but no luck, also I think maybe there was too many people there at the same time. Also it started raining on our way back in, paid too much not to get reimbursed anything back. Please think about it.
