The semi rigid inflatable vessels are super fast allowing you to experience a fun ride, adventure and education amongst the natural beauty of the Whitsundays.
Ocean Rafting offers two different Whitehaven Beach tours to choose from, the Northern Exposure and the Southern Lights tour. The significant difference between the two tours is that the Northern Exposure offers more snorkelling time and the Southern Lights offers more Whitehaven beach time.
Ocean Rafting is the only tour operator to have direct access to the stunning and iconic Hill Inlet beach and secret snorkel sites around the Whitsundays ensuring a memorable underwater experience.

5.00This trip is the reminder we all need about living life to the full. It is packed with natural beauty, stunning views, information about the reef, facts about the area and environment, fantastic snorkeling and ocean experience but most of all it oozes fun and zest for life. We were lucky to have two amazing members of your team; Josh and Jenna. Together they made the day, working together seamlessly to provide the perfect balance of entertainment, knowledge, ocean time, boat fun alongside a brilliant playlist, encouraging and including everyone of all ages to have fun. The day went above our expectations and thanks to them, and the brilliant weather, it's going to be one of our top highlights and an amazing memory of our holiday. We highly recommend Ocean rafting, with special extra thanks to Josh and Jenna for the BEST day. We didn't stop smiling. It's a must when you visit Airlie Beach.

5.00Absolutely incredible experience. We had Ali, Rich and Tim on Free Bird which was a brand new boat. The snorkelling was fantastic and I felt very safe and well looked after. The walk was lovely as well and of course the lookout was fantastic. Seeing Whitehaven beach was an unforgettable experience. We had excellent weather for most of the day, just a bit of rain in the morning but it wasn’t too hot or humid thankfully. All in all a perfect day. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone coming to Airlie Beach.

5.00I did the Southern Lights tour with Ocean Rafting and everything was excellent from the beginning. The whole day was very well organized and the places we visited were absolutely beautiful. The staff really made the difference. Everyone was super friendly helpful and professional and they made sure we were all having a great time. I would definitely recommend this tour for groups of friends but also for families with teenage kids because it’s a really fun mix of adventure beaches and snorkeling. One of the highlights of my time in the Whitsundays for sure!

5.00We booked the tour with Ocean Rafting super spontaneously but we couldn’t be more happy about how the experience turned out!! From pick-up, to getting on the boat and experiencing snorkelling, walking to the platforms with amazing view over Whitsundays and finally the stop at the beach - it was just amazing. Our captain Chris and the rest of the team- Georgie and Tim -were the most fun and super professional! They created the best mood with music, dancing and talking to every guest on the boat personally😊 We felt very safe with Chris driving the boat even though there were pretty big waves and strong wind! It was a bumpy ride but extremely fun and the food was also great! We are so thankful for the unforgettable moments we could experience because of Ocean Rafting and the awesome team! Thank you so much 🙏🏼

5.00WOW! What an amazing experience. We booked last minute onto the Ocean Rafting Northern Experience and we could not have had a better time. The tour itself was out of this world, from the snorkelling and swimming with the fish, to the atmosphere on the boat and the beautiful views at Whitsundays island. Jenna and Josh were just incredible and bounced off each other to deliver an awesome day. Not only did they tell us all the interesting facts about the island but they made the whole day a fun and great experience. They really went above and beyond and we could not have asked for a nicer time. Cannot recommend this duo and trip enough. The trip itself was such great value for money! Thank you guys for showing us how special the Whitsundays are!⭐️😊

5.00We had the best day with Ayla & Abby!!! As 2 nervous people on boats we were made to feel at such ease. Genuinely so glad we booked it. Ayala was our skipper, she drove that boat like a genuine pro and Abby kept everyone at ease and gave us all the facts and info we needed. If you’re thinking about booking this. DO it. The best day ever!!
