Visit one on the seven wonders of Portugal! We travel the rim of the crater on a small dirt track see views that others miss out on.
We make various stops along the way including the famous Vista do Rei (the kings view). This 3 1/2 hour tour is our best seller and cannot be missed. The breathtaking views will make you want more. We also make a small stop inside the crater for coffee, drinks, washrooms etc....
Around each corner is a new adventure.

As we travel around the rim of the crater on the small dirt track we can appreciate the Sete Cidades crater below us.
Igreja de Sao Nicolau
We make a small comfort stop inside the crater to visit the church, have a quick coffee and use the rest rooms

5.00This tour took us to a wonderful area of the Azores. Our tour guide, Eduardo, was the best!! He was so fun! He showed us touristy places, but seemed to find a peaceful and non-busy place to view them. It felt like a very personal tour. He was even helpful with pictures. What a beautiful island!!!

5.00Edouard our guide was very acknowledge and personable and knew how to get around so that we never hit cruise traffic. We went from the top of the volcano down to the town with a stop there for restrooms, souvenirs, and pictures. We were supposed to have a Jeep but got a Toyota Land Cruiser instead and we’re very happy we did. Some of the roads were very bumpy but very scenic. I would highly recommend this tour.

5.00I booked this excursion with the cruise line. It was a very enjoyable and fun 4x4 jeep back roads experience - the scenery was beautiful. Our guide Mariano was very informative about the island and the history of the Azores. I would definitely recommend this tour.

5.00This tour of the volcanos was thoroughly enjoyable, despite the fact that it rained most of the morning. It was a fantastic experience, mostly because of our amazing guide, Sergio. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly, he made sure everybody had a good time. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you get Sergio as your guide.

5.00I had an amazing time on this tour, Edwardo was our guide and he was very friendly, informative and experienced, skilled at driving the jeep and took us to all the best spots. He shared his knowledge about the place throughout, such as the history, ecology and geology of the island, which was very interesting. We got to explore a village aswel and feel some ducks and a horse. Horse 11/10 Overall 11/10 experience, thankyou very much Edwardo!

5.00Edwardo was our guide for this tour of Sete Cidades. He was extremely friendly, and gave us lots of information about the history and landscape throughout the trip. He also gave us tips on things to see and do for the rest of our stay in Sao Miguel. It was very fun travelling in the jeep and seeing all the best views and places that were less crowded. Another bonus was we get to feed some very friendly ducks and a horse, which was the highlight for my daughter. We would highly recommend Greenzone and Edwardo as a guide.

3.00This was an interesting experience. I thought I was booking through Greenzone Tours but ended up with another operator. The tour was advertised as off-road but we ended up on mostly paved roads due to a week of rain. While not as advertised, we spent two plus hours with another couple and a guide in an SUV traveling around the island looking at the sites. It was enjoyable, just not what I paid for and should have been disclosed up front.
