We arrived as told 30 mins before our 4:30 tour time, they told us there was no 4:30 boat and we had to go on the one at 5pm. So we lined up as told for that one only to reach the front of the line and be told it was now full and we had to wait until the 5:30 boat. That meant gainful to go on a mostly nighttime tour which is not what we wanted. Terrible service, no one cared to address this.

It was a fun-filled, lively experience. The guide knew her craft. She made the tour fun. They had music playing during certain intervals. The drinks were worth it! The hour and a half went too fast!

There were zero instructions on what to do once you got to the pier about getting a ticket so we figured our receipt was enough. Despite showing up 30 minutes early wasn’t allowed on ship due to chaos at the ticket booth. No refund. Total scam job! Rude staff that didn’t care about you getting screwed over to boot. This will the experience I remember most about my trip to Miami

The ABSOLUTE WORST experience we’ve ever had. Felt like it was run by a bunch of of rude amateurs. From the moment we booked at the offices on Lincoln Road our experience was pretty bad. When booking we weren’t given any information, they just wanted our money and nothing much more. We turned up the next day for the boat cruise and were put on a bus. Only to discover this was the whole city cruise we didn’t want or have time for. One stop in downtown Miami with no information as to what we were doing other than getting a free coffee. The guide kept wandering off without everyone so people were getting lost, this also got worse once we’d arrived at bayside market. A 40 minute stopped turned j tknusbstanding around for over an hour waiting to get back on the bus. He then took us to bayside which was where the boat would be. No information given until we asked and then we were only told an idea of where we needed to be in less than an hours time. This left us no time to get food as the few places we tried had an hours wait. We ended up booking an uber to get us home as we didn’t have time to then do the boat tour, the one things we’d originally booked for. Tour guide was awful, spent the whole bus journey shouting and screaming down the microphone so you could barely hear him. He paid no attention to anyone’s needs. One poor lady who had trouble walking was in pieces trying to get his attention. Photo added just to show what I did see. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.. we will be returning to the office for a refund too.

The tour is OK. The tour narrator was a cheap wannabe, and the pressure for tips for a strictly ok tour was not appreciated.

This was a great tour for the price. Our tour guide Ariana was very sweet and knowledgeable. We did it at night which was absolutely beautiful

Park in the parking deck, it’s more parking. And it’s right on the end. There is no pier number. Look for a Victoria’s Secret. Stand in the line once you get your ticket. Not at the ticket line so you don’t have to be last to board. The drinks are good but $30 for one drink. And portraits are $20 they are nice. The tour is about an hour long.

Fun! Fun! Fun! We had an enjoyable time on the Millionaire Cruise. The tour guide was entertaining, pointing out the mansions of celebrities. We saw beautiful homes and enjoyed the ride. The onboard bar served delicious snacks and drinks, with the mojitos being the best we've ever had. The cruise staff was friendly and professional. The only downside was that it was quite crowded, with everyone trying to get a seat on deck to enjoy the sunny weather. Another note, it was hard to find where the ship is. We had to ask several people, trying to locate the correct place to check in and wait for the ride.
