Passengers were informed 7 minutes prior to departure that the boat is an hour late. I was not able to participate in a later cruise due to another committment. I asked for a refund and Shadia, the manager, asked for my boarding ticket. She said she would not be able to help me and she did not have a phone number that I could call to help me with the refund. I asked if I could get my ticket back until I could confirm that I could receive a refund and she said she couldnʻt return my ticket because I could request a refund and I could also board the delayed cruise. I asked her if she was going to be present for the delayed cruise so she could make sure I didnʻt board and she said she would be present but she still could not return my ticket. Worst customer service. Left a very bitter taste in my mouth for the one and only day I was going to be in Miami. I would give zero stars if that was possible.

after 20 minutes of waiting in line, we were told we had to go to a different line because we didn't book directly with the boat we were going on so then we had to go to a booth to wait in line again and then get back in line. The whole thing was a hassle so we gave up and didn't even go. The boat was overcrowded anyways not a great experience would not book or recommend

They have several times available, due to traffic we missed our time, but they were able to reschedule us to a later option. Nice staff. It’s a busy boat with quite a few people, but the scenery was very nice, and presentation was good. It was a hard sell at the end to tip when we exited…mentioned it several times and a bit pushy.

The cruise was very informative. It was a beautiful day on the water. It’s exactly as it’s described. You see a bunch of million dollar homes they’re owned by famous people.

It's a nice trip. Be sure to sit on the bench on the side, otherwise you may have people standing in front of your chair, blocking the view.

Get ready for the mojitos. Downstairs was so much better than sitting with a crowd upstairs. Very comfortable nice boat.
