4.00The trip was pleasant overall, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I felt that being asked for tips was a bit excessive. I prefer to tip as an expression of gratitude for good service, and while I understand that not everyone tips, being prompted for one made the experience feel less comfortable and slightly diminished my overall enjoyment of the trip.
Very entertaining and definitely worth the money. Ten stars.

5.00The tour was spot on. The Captain was very interactive and knowledgeable of the area. He told multiple jokes and had everyone laughing the whole time. The boat was very spacious and clean. We felt safe and secure the entire cruise. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Miami beach and Millionaire Island from the water.
This is just a SCAM!!!!! (Think twice before you book it)

3.00It was dull and boring. The guide told us the color of a houses we would be passing and then the name of the owner, not much detail and no exciting facts about the house. This was done about 25 times on the ride. Not much else to it. We’ve done many of these cruises, New Orleans, Alabama, Virginia Beach, Boston, New York, they have all been interesting in different ways. This one was just plain boring, so much that both of us had almost fallen asleep. I saw the other reviews and thought oh that must not be right, LOL. The reviews were right don’t waste your money.

1.00A super bad and disappointing experience; we had an unforeseen event before our tour, tried to contact them several times at various hours, and they never answered the calls; they hung up on us, we missed the tour; I recommend better customer service and that they please answer the calls.
