Yanbaru Park is amazing, totally worth to see! The lunch was delicious! Tip: the lunch is very early, better not eat anything heavy before the trip. The only drawback is poor timing. For some information center where there was absolutely nothing to do but watch a 15 minute movie, we had 1 hour stop. For the main attraction, the Yanbaru Park, we also had 1 hour stop - we needed to run through the park to see everything, did not have the chance to admire it more :( the trip is 8 hours, information about 11h is incorrect. Unfortunately, without a car this trip it is the only option to see the north of the island from Naha.

The tour guide barley spoke with us non- japanese speakers (50%) of the group and for all station of the tour the bus would just stop and the guide would tell us when to be back, but she would not at least mention which stop this was and what there was to see/ do Also, the lunch took place at 11 am which was really early The very last stop ( number 5) just never happened but nothing was communicated to us about why The tour was ok but I would not recommend it

We found the joining instructions a bit confusing. The audio guide was in English and hard to understand. We could not listen to it in our own time as it was controlled by our guide. The guide was hard to understand in English. Lunch was at 11am which is too early. A lot more information about the lovely island could have been given via the audio. We felt we were just bussed around the locations, and told to be back on the bus in a certain time. Very impersonal trip but we saw some lovely scenery.

It's a long way from Naha city, but an interesting day up north in nature. They provide thoughtful snacks after lunch to help rid the fishy taste in one's mouth. The most interesting was seeing the Okinawa rail, but everyone was crowding at the screen and the poor bird was hiding. A lot of info is lost if you don't understand Japanese. Hiking to see the rocks was also cool. Seldom one gets to see such a rock forest.

Pick-up location was easy to access and the bus was there early enough to find it. After everybody was on board we headed North. Our guide was explaining about the tour today and also gave us audio guides to listen to during the drive. The coast is beautiful to drive up and there is a lot to see from the bus window. Once we reached the cape, we had time to get out and walk around a bit before heading to the national park. We got a map on the bus and an explanation on the different courses we can take. We had plenty of time to go on the routes and enjoy the scenery. Back on the bus we headed to a nearby reststop for lunch. Since it is a very popular spot, 50 minutes might be a bit too short if you have to wait long for them to serve lunch. After lunch we headed straight to the Expo park where the guide brought us all the way to the aquarium. we had 3 hours there to explore the aquarium and park. The guide and bus were waiting for us and brought us smoothly back to Naha. For people who are not able to rent a car, but want to go up north and see different spots, this is a great option to do so.
