Not allowed: pregnant guests, children under 3, or those with medical conditions. Contact us if unsure. If You’re Unsure Concerned about strength or fear of the ocean? Please consult us in advance. Gear & Safety Life jacket, fins, and mask required. Refusal may result in denial. Follow guide instructions. Weather Operates in light rain. May cancel if unsafe. Clothing & Preparation Wear swimwear. Use restroom before arrival (no toilets on-site). No alcohol allowed. Timing Meeting/return times may vary by date or season. Showers Hot showers near the port. Ask the guide if needed. Language Tours in Japanese or English. Some may be Japanese only.

5.00Tour guide Akari was really helpful and helped us all the way through snorkeling tour in English. Also it was nice of her showing interest in our home country. Also she spoke 2 different languages at the same time: English and Japanese which was impressive. Even though we had to change snorkeling place due to poor weather conditions, it was nice and relaxing snorkeling experience. I hope I will book another tour when we come back to Ishigaki next time.

5.00Very nice trip - went with my daughter of 10 years. Super spot for snorkling. The Phantom island was also very nice and we had sufficient time there. Great support from guide during snorkling af we received photos from the snorkling on the same day.

5.00Great snorkeling tour with guide Akari. Because of the weather we went to Osaka beach instead of Phantom island. Snorkeling conditions were good here. We saw two turtles, corals and some colorful fish.

5.00We went snorkeling in the beautiful sea◎ It was our first time, but the guides were also there He taught me so gently that I could enjoy it♪ The phantom island was really, really beautiful!! We were so happy to get off! Photos and videos from the snorkeling A lot of guides took photos of us◎ On the phantom island, I was able to take photos with my smartphone.

5.00I’ve booked 2 activities the same day with Pipi Tour and it was my fav day in Ishigaki ! Phantom island was absolutely beautiful and the team made it perfect Everyone is super friendly, I had the chance to be in Makoto group and she’s amazing. She took great photos and videos of me and gave us tips for nice restaurants in the island, always with a beautiful smile! Can’t recommand more :)
