During this specially organized tour, guests will feel on time travelling. Tour will start from the main entrance of the old city and continue showing architecture from the 12th century. Your guide will show you around the old city built during the Oil boom that happened in the 19th century. Guests will visit the Upland Park by Famous Baku Funicular where you can see the panoramic view of the city, For the Private option guests will be picked up by car from Upland Park to visit Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center which is considered one of the most modern building.

The tour will start from entrance of Double Gates which is also called Gosha Gala Gapisi. Your guide will be waiting for you there with the sign of Baku City Tours. First you will get short historical information about Baku city from Stone Age period

Nidhad was truly amazing. Took us around the old and new Baku. Soo much information he had. Don't even know how 3hrs went by. Definitely will recommend to walk with him around the place.

If you want to know the history and culture of Baku but do not have a lot of time, this is a tour for you. There were so much to learn and see in just a few hours. We started the tour in the Old Town and ended with a funicular ride to the seafront of the city. Musa the tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of details of every place we visited. Musa also went above and beyond to walk me back to the Old Town and suggested places for me to shop for souvenirs.

Musa did a very good job on this walking tour. His knowledge about Baku old city, trade history and how various parts of the old Baku were so important (silk trade route) and other small details was really good. Coverage of highland park and the view point for flame towers was also good. Start timing needs to be earlier to ensure that the mini books museum remains open. Most importantly the drop point next to carpet museum should be worked out in a way that the Carpet museum is still open.
