Pamela was knowledgeable about the city and the cuisine. You could tell she loves Quebec City and wants to share her city with others.

Pamela was a wonderful guide and the stops were well curated. We got tastes of some fabulous local dishes and purveyors. Likely not for someone who has a ton of food restrictions, but everything I had was very approachable. I’d recommend it to curious visitors.
