  We absolutely loved the Old San Juan Sunset Photo Walk & History Tour with Mariana from Bori Local Tours! Mariana was enthusiastic, intelligent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Old San Juan. She made every stop interesting and engaging, and the tour was perfectly paced—the length was just right. The complimentary beer came at the perfect time during the walk and each tour stop was well-thought-out. Mariana also went above and beyond by taking countless photos of my boyfriend, me, and our group, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience while still capturing amazing memories. At the end of the tour, she sent over a list of personal recommendations that was incredibly thoughtful, detailed, and helpful for the rest of our stay. If we had been in Puerto Rico longer, we absolutely would have booked another one of her tours. We highly recommend Mariana and Bori Local Tours to anyone looking for a fun, informative, and memorable experience in Old San Juan!

  Mariana gave us the most insightful, well prepared and personal experiance of Old San Juan. She is passionate about her heritage and the history of the Island. She majored in Political Science and therefor gave us info that we would not have known otherwise. She also showed us the hidden gems that you won't get on another tour. She was so professional yet made the tour personal. We will never forget the meaning of the different flags that is seen throughout the city. We recommend this tour to everybody.The price of the tour was affordable and included a beer and some sweets. If you ever want to know more about this beautiful island and their story, I will highly recommend this tour. Thanks again for an unforgetable experience.

  Finished our awesome Friday with the Sunset Photo Walk in Old San Juan with Mariana. I’ve visited Puerto Rico several times, but this tour of Old San Juan is truly a must if you want to understand the magic of this city.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We took the Sunset Historical Tour and it was absolutely worth it. Mariana was knowledgeable, engaging, and had a way of bringing the history of Puerto Rico to life that kept everyone interested from start to finish.   Took the Old San Juan walking tour with Bori Local Tours and it absolutely exceeded expectations. Our guide Mariana was phenomenal. The depth of history and education she brought to every stop made the streets come alive in a way I never could have gotten from a guidebook or self-guided walk. She has this gift for weaving the bigger story of Puerto Rico, the colonial layers, the resistance, the culture, into the specific corners and buildings we were standing in front of. You walk away genuinely understanding the place, not just having seen it. If you're visiting San Juan, this is a must-do. Don't skip it thinking you'll "just wander around," you'll miss 90% of what's actually there. Book the tour, ask for Mariana if you can, and come ready to learn. Five stars without hesitation.
