Explore Prague’s charming UNESCO area with its 12th century hidden underground and learn more about the city’s major historical events, important figures, and life in dark medieval times.
Our adventure begins by strolling across the iconic Charles Bridge, setting the stage for an immersive exploration of the intricate labyrinth that is Old Town & Jewish Quarter —a captivating journey that unfolds over the course of nearly 2 hours.
Following this, your experience takes a thrilling turn as you descend into the deep dungeons and chambers beneath Old Town Square, accompanied by an expert guide providing insights into the interior’s unique history.
Learn about Prague’s most significant public execution and twisted tale of The Clock master creator’s fate, emperor Charles IV.’s golden era, the locals’ fight for freedom and democracy over the Second World War!
As a bonus, enjoy a breathtaking view from the top of Old Town Hall tower.
*WITHOUT Underground option does not include interiors!
Public transportation options are available nearby
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
❗️Available also as an option WITHOUT Underground (does not include interiors), please be careful what option you select & book !
Please note: This is a combined „package“ type of experience, you will meet two different guides – one is our own, the second is Old Town Hall’s official guide. This way, you get two different locals’ perspectives.
Please note: This is the only such "visitable" underground space in Prague for guided tours. It takes around 20 minutes (!) and the rest of the Old Town Hall interior tour are its historic halls - above ground.
❗️To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start. Late arrivals create confusion and it may not be possible to locate the group afterward. *Please note that late arrivals will not be refunded.
Not recommended for children under 10 years - longer walk, a bit too heavy on the amount of information
For parents with toddlers: please bring a carrier instead of a stroller

This astronomical clock is a must-see. Be careful, there are many people to see the 12 apostles turn at each hour change.

Michal gave us an absolutely incredible tour of Prague and truly made the city come alive for us. His knowledge of the history, architecture, culture, and stories behind the city was exactly what we were hoping for. Every explanation was engaging, detailed, and easy to follow, and you could genuinely feel the pride he has for Prague in the way he speaks about it. That passion was contagious. By the end of the tour, we felt like we didn’t just visit Prague, we actually understood it. We now feel a real familiarity and connection with the city that we never would have had without Michal’s guidance. Prague should be very proud to have an ambassador like Michal representing its history and culture. He was professional, intelligent, passionate, and unforgettable. Highly recommended.

Samaritan is a great guide - amusing and informative! The underground section of the building is interesting and the view from the tower is well worth the climb. Since most of the elevation is done by ramp, it’s a very easy walk.

This was a fantastic walking tour. John’s pace was spot on…not too fast and not too slow. His stories were wonderful as was his knowledge. He also gave lots of tips about being a tourist in Prague. The group was small which meant we got a ask plenty of questions. We chose the 5pm tour and it was really good.

Adam was terrific! The most informative tour we had on a more than 2-week, multi -city trip. He talked the entire time, regaling us with historical facts and interesting folk lore. He even handled some rude group members extremely well. Highly recommend!!

Great tour with very knowledgeable guide Mathias (Mathew in English)! Energetic, kept the group very informed of what historical landmarks we were viewing and answered all the random questions as only someone who knows the answers can respond! He adapted the pace to our group and also took a few minutes to speak one on one with each of us. We would book a tour with this guide again! Value for your money and recommend this tour!
