I’m a Croatian nature lover and family farm owner.
My family has been farming with love for generations. They came to Dubrovnik in 16 century and cultivating the land for Dubrovnik nobility on whose land we are today. Enjoy the biggest classroom on the world – open air nature surroundings of Dubrovnik!

What To Expect
Dubrovnik
Escape the city crowds for a few hours and join us for this unique experience among the vines, olive trees & fruits. The location is Vardia farm in Malaštica Hill, 200 metres above the Adriatic Sea, only a 15-min scenic drive from the Dubrovnik Old Town and near the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina. You will be picked up from your hotel or a meeting point. There is an easy hike down and up the hill trough the olive grooves, organic farm and old oak forest. You will taste a home-made herb brandy or a liqueur made with fruits from our orchard. In the biggest classroom in the world – the Dubrovnik countryside, I will share with you the knowledge I’ve accumulated through education and working in the fields with my father and grandfather. You will taste our delicious organic olive oil with home-made bread and our white wine. You will find out about the cultivation and production and taste all our products. After we’ll walk back to the car and you’ll be taken back to your accommodation.

5.00Very nice experience with interesting and knowledgeable guide. Had tour of the Olive farm from the owner who is taken care of it currently after multiple generations in his family. Had wine, cheese, and olive oil for lunch along with homemade bread. Everything was excellent. Would highly recommend.

The history of the village was great and walking through the area with all types of herbs, olive trees orange trees to many to name our guide was excelent very proud of his family farm. 5.00This is an incredible tour to learn about the local food and wine and see all of the hard work The Family has put in over hundreds of years. The property is beautiful and you can see all of the wide variety of plants and trees. Ivica has great knowledge of the area and I think the tour is a great compliment to go along with exploring the old city.

5.00We had such a good time from touring the farm to tasting different wines, olive oil & even walnut liqueur! It was all so wonderful & we couldn't have asked for more! I would strongly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a little something different! I love how I felt when we left the farm! 😁

5.00This amazing farm has, history, beauty, great wine and oil. We walked through the olive trees on ancient terraces, so many things to see, pomegranate, winter orange, wild flowers, olives, bay trees, rosemary. Homemade bread, shortbread and apricot jam. Delicious liquor made from walnuts, yes, also grown on the farm. Ivica is a delightful host and guide. It's his family farm, his passion and what a magical place it is.
