This tour will take you to sectors where the American V Corps and VII Corps landings occurred at Omaha and Utah beaches. You will follow the steps of the famous 1st, 29th, and 4th American Infantry Divisions and the other units that linked up with them. You will also be taken to the misplaced drop zones of the 82nd and 101st Airborne Units that landed in the early morning hours of the D-Day Invasion on June 6, 1944.

5.00The Overlord Omaha & Utah beaches tour was none other than outstanding. We were met by a very friendly and passionate guide named Louis Boubat. I cannot say enough about how enthusiastic and knowledgeable he was. Each site he took us to he painted a picture so vivid it made you feel like you were there. The restaurant he took us to was awesome, great food and friendly staff. I can’t imagine a better tour or a better tour guide than Louis. I highly recommend this tour company and especially ask for Louis you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much….

5.00Louis Boubat provided us the MOST EXCELLENT full day D-Day tour! Highly recommend requesting him as your guide. He is young (we were a group of 65+) and very knowledgeable/ passionate about D-Day sites and events. Plus, his English is excellent- he studied at OU! The Overlord vehicles are also excellent - clean and comfortable. Book with Overlord - ask for Louis!

5.00We did a custom tour of the US D-Day beaches. Jean Dilasser was our guide. He was AMAZING. He grew up in Normandy and knew the area and the history extremely well. I provided him with the division and company by grandpa was in during WWII and he was able to show us his company's landing site, the town they freed, where his officers lived, and the road to to the beach they secured. I never expected him to be able to do that when I shared the information with him. The whole family enjoyed the tour and learned so much. I highly recommend Overlord and can't say enough about Jean.

5.00Great Overlord tour with Guillaume. Tour company was prompt and courteous at meeting spot. Expectations for the trip were laid out in advance. Our tour leader was informative and gave insight into certain aspects that you can only get with a tour. If you’re thinking of doing a DIY with this tour don’t. Hire a pro. Great transportation and opportunities to stop and spend more time here and there. Guide gave information and the. Provided time to explore on our own while still acting as a resource.

5.00My son is 15 and a huge WWII enthusiast. So for his Spring Break we booked a trip to Berlin and Normandy France and a close friend of mine who has wanted to make this trip for years. We booked the two day tour directly with Overlord Tours. Day 1 was Utah and Omaha Beach and our guide was Louis B. Louie did an absolutely amazing job. He was extremely knowledgeable on the topic and since we were a small group we got to spend a lot of time and each site. Cost of the two day tours was very well priced and less expensive than expected. This was definitely a bucket list item for both of us and Overlord Tours did not disappoint.

My adult son literally said that evening that Guillaume was the best tour guide we have ever had - and we have done many tours in many countries. He was very knowledgeable and told great stories. It was moving but enjoyable and informative. Highly recommend everyone do this tour!!

5.00We scheduled a full-day tour to visit Omaha Beach, the American Cemetery, and a few other sites. The weather was beautiful, but very chilly and windy along the coastlines. Remy was our tour guide and I couldn’t recommend him enough! He did an amazing job sharing the history about each spot, along with some truly inspirational stories about some of the heroes of D-Day. (We also appreciated him making our reservation for lunch!) We truly enjoyed this tour and how it was so well done!

5.00I took my parents and son on an all day private tour with Antoine. He was able to create the best day for us knowing I had been there before and wanted them to see certain sites. This was my second tour of D- Day sites and beaches with Overlord and we absolutely enjoyed it. Having a private tour allows you to see exactly what you want and for as long as you want. We even squeezed in a trip to the Paratrooper Museum and it is very well done. It is clear everyone at Overlord is passionate about their tours and giving guests the best experience possible.
