What To Expect

8:00-8:30 tour guide pick up clients book option 2 at hotel in oldtown then go straight to Ha long bay 11:30: Arrive tuan chau Harbor - do check-in - 12:00: Get on the luxury cruise with our crew's warm welcome. Enjoy the welcome drink, then start the excursion to discover the beauty of the World Heritage site. 12:30: While having lunch, the boat will pass by beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone formations, such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Burner Islets – two symbols of Halong Bay. 14:00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and you will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with many stalagmites and stalactites. 14:45: Do kayaking or take a bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon. 15:15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. You can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for a sightseeing view of all of Halong Bay. 16:30: Back to the boat for the sunset party meanwhile, the boat is cruising back to the harbor. 18:00-18.15: Arrive back at Tuan Chau Harbor. Farewell & have a great trip with clients choose our option 1, our car will drive group option 2 back hanoi

Did as advertised. About 40 on our bus when on the boat we had the upper floor & another group had the lower floor. Set meal. (plentiful & delicious), drinks extra if you didn’t want tea. Places visited extremely busy. Bamboo boat ride very short, for cave there are steps up & back, hike up steps also for mounts view(basically one long line of people!) Scenery beautiful. Our guide was knowledgeable & friendly but did go fast so it was difficult to keep up.

Austin was a fabulous tour guide. He took us through a whole tour of ha long bay and had an AMAZING sense of humor. So sweet and nice and knowledgeable, and I will be back to ha long bay just because of him!! Book with Austin!

It was a very relaxing day trip, and lunch was excellent. If you have a choice, I would recommend the Sampan boat trip instead of kayaking, as it is very crowded there and the time for kayaking is too short. The Sampan ride was slow and quiet and offered plenty of time to enjoy the scenery.

We had a wonderful, eventful adventure or excursion. From the pick-up at the hotel, to Halong Bay, and back to our hotel, we just felt comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Our tour guide Ken took great care of us and gave us wonderful memories of this day. You couldn't get enough of the scenery and activities, and you didn't want to leave. There's food and drink for everyone. And of course, Barbie was the best bus driver. 😄Thanks to Ken and Barbie, we won't forget this trip. ☺️

I booked a day trip to Ha Long Bay with ZGoTravels and had an amazing experience overall. Phong was a brilliant guide. The tour is good and packs a good amount into a day. Phong gave us lots of interesting insights into the areas we were seeing. The boat was good, the food was plentiful and the drinks are reasonable. If you only have a day, this is a great option.

The tour was great and I highly recommend. We went with Phong who was great from start to finish, very punctual, knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic trip. We were only in Hanoi for a few days and this was the perfect trip to do!
