The guide was lovely and I felt very safe with him. He did not speak any English but we still managed to communicate enough. The hike itself is very challenging but beautiful views. However, the organisation was difficult - we could not get a straight answer out of the tour operator about difficulty, safety, what to bring etc. We also ordered poles with the tour operator and they were never provided to us. Our request for a refund was ignored.
