What To Expect
Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine
Start your tour at Fushimi Inari Taisha, the head shrine of over 30,000 Inari shrines in Japan. Spend an hour exploring this iconic site, known for its thousands of striking vermilion torii gates. These gates form a seemingly-endless path which you can wander through on your visit. Originally dedicated to the gods of agriculture, Fushimi Inari is not just a spiritual center but also a symbol of breathtaking beauty and cultural significance.
Arashiyama
We'll walk through the cool and shady Bamboo Forest, which is great for pictures. You will also see the Togetsukyo (moon-crossing bridge). You can also explore the area, enjoy local snacks, or have lunch (included if selected)

5.00Kiran was a great tour guide in spite of the fact that he was only covering his colleague. He was friendly and gave enough overview of the places we visited. He helped with picture taking and offered suggestions/recommendations for best spots to take pictures. He also offered places where to pick up snacks/coffee. The places visited were the "must-see" places for every Kyoto visitor. Just be prepared to put in your 15k+ steps!

3.00All the attractions covered were beautiful. However the tour seemed rushed at the end. Not sufficient time given for all the temples and shrines . Felt rushed. Need to add more time to the tour to do full justice. Also it’s expected that everyone be able to follow the given map. Easy to get lost if you don’t have network coverage to scan the meeting points.

5.00Our guide was in English, however, for a majority of the tour, she spoke in her native language and it would translate into English onto your phone. This is a great tool, the information was a little misleading and reading on a phone while on a moving bus can sometimes make people sick. Relaying this information prior to booking would have been helpful.

5.00We had a good time in Kyoto. Our tour guide was amazing. The weather did get a bit hot in the afternoon but overall seeing th temples, the original architecture was just beautiful by the river. I would recommend this day tour to everyone.
