Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine
Start your tour at Fushimi Inari Taisha, the head shrine of over 30,000 Inari shrines in Japan. Spend an hour exploring this iconic site, known for its thousands of striking vermilion torii gates. These gates form a seemingly-endless path which you can wander through on your visit. Originally dedicated to the gods of agriculture, Fushimi Inari is not just a spiritual center but also a symbol of breathtaking beauty and cultural significance.
Kiyomizu-dera Temple
At Kiyomizu-dera, one of the most iconic temples in Japan, walk across the impressive wooden stage, which juts out from the hillside and was constructed without the use of a single nail. The temple boasts a wide view overlooking Kyoto and the beautiful surrounding nature. You can also drink from one of the three rejuvenating streams of Otowa Waterfall, said to bring success, love, and longevity.

Great one day trip from Osaka to Kyoto on premium line bus. Took about an hour from Osaka to Kyoto ( but 1.5 hrs on return trip due traffic). The day tour provides an excellent overview of 4 temples/shrines with entrance tickets and lunch provided. Hama-san (tour guide) and Komino-san (driver) were great. Friendly, I formative and helpful. If you are looking for a quick day trip with an overview of Kyoto temples, this is the tour for you.

Tet/Ted was an excellent tour guide. It was our first day in Japan and he gave a very warm welcome into the Japanese culture. Tet/Ted took many pictures for us that came out beautiful. He was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of recommendations of places to visit and things to do. He treated us like family and took great care of us. I highly recommend this tour with Tet/Ted as your guide. God bless Tet/Ted!

The trip was amazing. Covered most of the important Parts of kyoto in one day amd also had plenty of time to explore each place. Today, my guide was Naomi san. She is very informative, kind and also helpful in exploring more of hidden gems in the particular area according to our request. Overall everything was good.

You can efficiently visit the must-see sights of Kyoto in one day. We also had plenty of time to enjoy each place. The tour was conducted in English, but I enjoyed it with explanations in Japanese.

It’s lot of things you can do in a day Fushimi Inara, Kiyomizu-Dera, Arashiyama Park and Kinkaku-Ji. Down side is you get little time and miss much of Fushimi Inara and Arashiyama park which is the reason most people come to Kyoto. On top of that you will not understand 60% of what your guide is saying so you should come with your google map and other material
