What To Expect
Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine
Start your tour at Fushimi Inari Taisha, the head shrine of over 30,000 Inari shrines in Japan. Spend an hour exploring this iconic site, known for its thousands of striking vermilion torii gates. These gates form a seemingly-endless path which you can wander through on your visit. Originally dedicated to the gods of agriculture, Fushimi Inari is not just a spiritual center but also a symbol of breathtaking beauty and cultural significance.
Kiyomizu-dera Temple
At Kiyomizu-dera, one of the most iconic temples in Japan, walk across the impressive wooden stage, which juts out from the hillside and was constructed without the use of a single nail. The temple boasts a wide view overlooking Kyoto and the beautiful surrounding nature. You can also drink from one of the three rejuvenating streams of Otowa Waterfall, said to bring success, love, and longevity.

5.00This is one of my best tours ever. There was loads of culture to experience and great food was made available. Food was really good at the places we stopped. The areas were stroller friendly and walking yhe areas felt smooth. Our guide Jewell is a gem. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

5.00The guide is very friendly and knows the photo points very well! It's a bit difficult to walk almost all but I want to see Kyoto properly in a quick time. I recommend it to those who do. It was fun!

3.00The Limon Tours format has the tour guide explaining a map of the various temples/shrine. For foreigners and given the language barrier, this is a very chaotic format. This tour should be fully guided rather than have the attendees figure things out on their oen. There is also a lot of walking so not recommended for people that can walk distances or stairs.

5.00The day trip to different places in Kyoto was prefect with good weather. Ms Jewell was very professional in her work and pleasent in giving the explaination of each location. She even extend her service to assist as photographer. And almost all the pics she took for everyone were excellent. Lunch was also at a cosy and relaxing environment. Overall this trip is good worth another.

5.00My family and I are the only Japanese. Basic announcements are made in English on the train. However, the important point of the tour guide was that he also added Japanese, so I never felt any pain. When I got off the train with my kids, I was always asked to be thin (wonderful ✨️😍) and impressed 😊 My shy son was enjoying it too. I thought it was a tight course, but each point stayed well enough 👍 It was a full day tour to be able to explore efficiently without panicking 🫶
