Fantastic guide and driver. Nothing was too much. We were booked on to the later tour. The driver was there straight away and even stopped of at Mcdonald for us to run in as we asked and didn't mind at all even though it was about 11.30pm and he been driving 3 hours and then 3 hours back.

It's a long drive to Auschwitz and our driver, Maciek, turned the long journey into a very pleasant experience with consideration, humerous conversation and overall excellent service he made this uneasy day a bit easier ❤️

This is a place everyone should go to. Driver was super nice and efficient. The tour is what it is - there are a lot of people going to Aushwitz and going through many buildings with tight corridors. Be ready to walk up and down stairs. Wear your casual clothes and listen.

I had an incredible experience on this tour that exceeded all of my expectations. From the start, Maciej was fantastic—he arrived promptly at my hotel at 8:00 AM and was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the day. The drive was about 3.5 hours, but Maciej was more than happy to make stops for coffee, food, and restrooms, ensuring a comfortable journey. When we arrived at Auschwitz-Birkenau, Maciej introduced us to our tour guide, who did an excellent job of explaining the history and significance of the site. The tour itself was deeply moving and emotional, offering an impactful and thorough experience of both camps, which took about three hours. The tour was arranged with a tour group of about 20 people. On the way back, Maciej suggested a great restaurant for a meal, and before I knew it, I was being dropped off back at my hotel around 8:00 PM. I would highly recommend Maciej and this tour to anyone—it's an experience that I'll never forget, and I would certainly share it with my family and friends.

Our visit to Auschwitz/Birkenau has elicited a profoundly emotional response, prompting a wide range of feelings. I am finding it challenging to process my emotions, which encompass confusion, sadness, anger, and distress. The evidence of the atrocities perpetrated at Auschwitz/Birkenau is compelling, yet it remains difficult to fully comprehend the extent of the horrors inflicted upon the victims. It is deeply disturbing to recognize that there are individuals who refuse to acknowledge the occurrence of these atrocities and that, as human beings, we have not sufficiently learned from these experiences. Although our driver to Auschwitz, Majeic, was wonderful, our guide through Auschwitz left a lot to be desired. I’m not even sure the name of our guide, as he was not very personable. I think we would have had a must better tour if our driver, Majeic, had conducted the tour rather than the Auschwitz required guide. After a long wait to enter, our guide walked quickly, often leaving behind members of the group. It would have been very helpful to have an introductory video prior to starting the tour to give us a sense of the upcoming experience. Auschwitz was very crowded and it was most difficult to keep up with our guide without him using a flag/umbrella for us to follow. He really did not respond to questions from the group and did not pay attention to the dynamics if the group. Because it was snowing, it was very difficult for the group to stay together. The guide was knowledgeable and shared personal relationships about lol prisoners in the camp, our visit was marred by his lack of attention to the group. After leaving, our driver, Majeic took us to a fantastic restaurant for a meal that was most enjoyable. He was delightful and made a very emotional day palatable.
