Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Your hotel name and flight details (Arrival OR departure) need to be provided for your Private Transfer Service. If information is not provided at the time of booking please contact supplier directly to provide this information. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher.

5.00We met at the airport and the process was very smooth. The gentleman had our names on a display pad. We introduced ourselves and he was very polite. He told us to wait for our driver outside, and once our driver arrived the gentleman came out and introduced us, helping the driver with our luggage into the car. The driver was pleasant, telling us about the history of Aruba, and the beautiful places to go. We would definitely use this company again. Thank you.

4.00The person with our name board was easy to find in the arrivals area after retrieving our luggage. She instructed us to wait outside and the driver would would arrive shortly. Shortly became 30 minutes before someone came to lead us to the vehicle. The trip to our destination went smoothly and the driver was friendly and courteous The whole purpose of paying for a direct transfer was to quickly leave the chaos of the airport. If at least the young woman had given us a realistic estimate of the wait time, we would have known what to expect.

1.00Pick-up time was 12-12:10 for a 3pm flight. Our hotel booked it so I thought it would be reputable. Driver was late, then stopped 3 more times for more passengers. We missed our flight due to the customs lines being so long. Pay the few extra dollars for a taxi….not worth the trouble!
