This wonderful musical experience is a must see - with husband and wife team Ida Maria Turri ( mezzo soprano) and Stefano Romani on the piano. Ida sings about six or seven short operatic arias and Stefano plays a couple of solo pieces. Ida introduces the pieces often with much humour interlaced. The sound is amazing. Afterwards the couple tell us about the history of the building Palazzo Carlotti as you sip complimentary sparkling rose wine. We booked through TUI and although the 17Sept was their last performance of the season, they will be back next year. If you get a chance to see them we highly recommend. The price was €25 and well worth it.

This was a delightful way to start our holiday in Garda. Ida and Stefano are wonderful musicians who performed a varied and interesting programme. They are also great hosts, afterwards sharing stories of the Palazzo Carlotti and those who lived there, over glasses of Prosecco. It was a real joy to spend time with them.

Beautifully played and sung! Afterwards there was a little attention with bread and spumante and the story of the Palazzo and the Count's family was told impressively. In the attached gallery we bought a beautiful oil painting on the theme Tango Argentino very inexpensively. Those who love modern art will find high-quality art there!

We thoroughly enjoyed the morning. Ida has a wonderful voice and was very entertaining. This was followed by some information about the history of the Palazzo, and a taste of local olive oil on bread with a glass of prosecco. Perfect way to spend a morning!
