We’ve done food tours in Prague and Barcelona that set a high bar, and this one fell well short. The guide barely spoke during the walks between stops and didn’t explain what we were eating at most of the stops. We were often left guessing what was in front of us or why it was significant. The food itself was underwhelming — several “stops” were just a single piece of chocolate or candy, and one was literally a hot dog from a street cart. For the price, we expected real tastings at restaurants with context, history, and a guide who shared knowledge along the way. Instead it felt like a rushed walking route with snack-sized samples.

Amazing experience! Perfect amount of tastings and information, the tour hits many great spots in just a few hours. Bonnie was fun and friendly and gave us some insider info that only a local can! I went solo and the group I toured with was super nice. Had a great time!

Peter, our guide, was wonderful. He kept our group moving while also taking the time to share information about Denmark’s history and culture. We visited several interesting sites along the way. We tried a variety of foods, much of it local, which really added to the experience. This was a superb experience.
