This tour was a highlight of my solo trip! Our guide Cassandra had great rapport with our group and was super knowledgeable about food and could answer any questions we had about the City. Definitely tried foods and discovered restaurants that I would not have found on my own, especially the atmospheric smørrebrød lunch place. The cardamom bun was the best I tried in the city!

I highly recommend this tour not just for the food but for the history you learn. Julie did an amazing job at keeping us engaged and teaching us everything about Copenhagen and Denmark. Her passion and excitement was contagious as the tour progressed. This is a must for both first time visitors and repeat travelers.

This was the most expensive food tour and it was a disappointment, because of our guide. Simon was our guide. He walked ahead of the group, not telling us anything about what we were seeing. He kept his back to the group and left us behind often. He wasn't interested in including everyone and one participant said he never looked at her at all the whole time. He had someone along to train and spent his time chatting with them instead of his customers. The food stops were fine but the pastry, which was amazing, was 1/2 of a bun. Really? 150 dollars and we split a bun. The beer and sandwiches were good. He told us to start there was no reason so email him as he was the owner and if we had anything to say about the tour to tell him to his face.... Book a different tour or ask for someone besides Simon.

Had a fabulous tour with Peter. There were 6 of us (3 parties) and he did a good job of interacting with everyone, giving some city history, and answering questions. The tastings were delicious and very filling.

Wonderful tour! Cassandra was an extremely knowledgeable and personable guide, providing a wealth of information without being pedantic. The stops were well-curated -- you get a wide variety of Danish specialities and the purveyors are among the best in Copenhagen.
