We met at the designated meeting, spot, but could not find the group. We messaged the operator who shared a live map of where the group was, but we never did find them. We asked for our money back and the operator never responded.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid “See Your City” Tours I am highly disappointed with the Original Harry Potter Locations tour booked via Viator for 24 October at 2:30 pm from Southwark Viewpoint. My daughter and I arrived exactly on time, yet there was no guide or group present at the meeting point. After waiting for several minutes, we called the number provided and were told the group had already departed for their first stop at Market Potter, where they would “wait for us.” We rushed there immediately, following their directions, but again found no one. When we called back — after being kept on hold for quite some time — we were informed that the group was already at the Globe Theatre, which was simply impossible in that time frame. We were then advised not to try to catch up. At this stage, it was evident that the tour had either been cancelled without notice or the group left significantly earlier than the scheduled time, leaving us completely excluded. In either case, the tour operator failed to deliver the service we paid for. To make matters worse, my request for a full refund was refused, despite the clear lack of service. No apology or meaningful assistance was offered — only a suggestion to reschedule, which is not possible as we live far away. My family and I have been loyal Viator customers for many years, both in the UK and abroad, and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had. I strongly advise anyone considering booking with See Your City to avoid them entirely if you don’t want to be treated unfairly and risk losing your money.

We started our London weekend with a Harry Potter walk. The nice guide Louis took us on a tour from Borough market to the theatre showing Harry Potter. Just the right pace and easy to keep up with even for a person who does not know all the movies by heart. I also got a lesson in riding the subway.

I am not a big fan of the saga and yet I highly recommend this release! My 8 year old son loved it (he’s a fan), we were finally able to visit London without hearing him complain that it was too long or too much Hard, my wife and I (less fan) enjoyed discovering unusual places and visiting London. At key locations (boroughmarket, millennium bridge, crossroads, drooling cauldron, etc.), your guide will explain how several of the scenes were shot and show you clips related to the films. While enhancing the cultural or historical side of the place. The tour lasts 2 hours. We thought it would be a long time .... But in the end our guide, Anaïs, captivated the children present by organizing mini games along the way (questions about the saga in connection with the places visited. In short, Whether or not you are a fan of the saga, this extremely comprehensive tour deserves to be made!

Loui was a great guide and storyteller. He knows a lot and made it fun for everybody. We can recommend him and the tour. Also for us as non native English speakers, it was easy to follow.
