The tour was very interesting and Eva was a great host and kept everyone engaged. Our only suggestion would be to provide clearer directions regarding the meeting point, since we had never been to London before. We arrived 30 minutes early via Uber; however, in the absence of an actual intersection, there was some confusion regarding exactly where we were supposed to be.

Our guide was wonderful. However, our group had to hitch on to another tour group because our tour guide never showed up. Our group had 38 people. It was way too big, took us forever to get anywhere and we couldn’t see any movie scenes on the tiny, cracked iPad. That said, our guide deserves every penny, because she was cheery and enthusiastic the entire time.

Kimberve was an exceptional tour guide. This is a great tour for Harry Potter fans. It ends at the Cursed Child theater right before the matinee which makes for the perfect morning before catching the play.

The guide spoke very quietly so it was difficult to follow along with the narration. It was also a bit odd when the guide pulled up various movie clips, photos, etc on their mobile and then held the (very small, difficult to view in the sunlight) screen out instructing the group to watch clips on the phone which illustrated places on the tour. We decided to leave the tour early and probably wouldn't recommend.
