Worst experience ever, No proper Harry Potter locations, Boring guide

1.00I normally don’t give bad reviews at all but this was literally the worst experience ever and I had to leave a review for other families to not get scammed. This review is actually for the guide herself who didn’t want to be there from the first second and she literally told us that we should feel free to leave early 3-4 times since it’s a cold day, but in a disrespectful way. The tour was supposed to be visiting Harry Potter locations but she spent the first hour at the pickup point talking about York’s history more than Harry Potter. I won’t talk about the boring quizzes took ages. We had to leave early because she didn’t take us any proper Harry Potter locations. Another person also left probably the same reason. So, it was no where near a Harry Potter experience, it was a waste of time and money! I am surprised how they have this high score, maybe had better guides before.
