  Rodney was our guide, and he was brilliant. Great energy, clearly knows his stuff about Osaka and has great relationships in the local bars and restaurants. He ordered a nice selection of food and recommended drinks for us. Okonominaki and Ponzu Takoyaki were personal favourites. The bars we went to were tiny and quirky spots which we would never have found ourselves. We loved them! Really enjoyable tour that is great value for money. Would recommend to anyone visiting osaka. It's clear to see that Rodney enjoys what he does and he makes it memorable.

  Wow! What an incredible tour by our excellent guide Rodney!! I've been on many Viator tours arpund the world and this is one of the best. Rodney's encyclopedic knowledge of the area was plain to see. He had obvious and warm relationships everywhere we stopped too! Highly highly recommended.

• Authentic Osaka Nightlife

  Rodney was great! He was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. We loved the food he showed us and all the bars he took us to definitely had a local vibe. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience Osaka nightlife!

  Danyk was very informative, but made the entire tour very fun! We ate so much great food that I would've never thought to try on my own. Afterwards he took us to a few awesome bars for some great memories. Thanks again Danyk!!

  This was a very fun tour. Rodney was our guide. He's very personable and fun. He took us to some amazing, local izakayas and bars, places you likely wouldn't get to see otherwise, or at least, experience to the same extent we did. We tried local Japanese dishes, sashimi, Japanese beers, sake, got talking to locals in broken Japanese and English, and ended up in a karaoke bar. It was my first time singing karaoke 🎤 and it was a tonne of fun. Met some interesting people from America.
