Great food tour through the literal backstreets and alleys of Osaka

The title of the tour says it all! We had so much fun with our group. Everyone was so lovely and down to try all the food that came our way. Ruben expertly shepherded our group through busy backstreets and tiny alleys, and took us to places that would have been difficult for us to find on our own (even with Google maps!) He even shared helpful words and phrases that we can use only in Osaka and also made sure that everyone knew how to get to their hotels when the tour ended. It was the loveliest and most fun introduction to Osaka.

Just want to chime in with all of the excited reviews. I am not really a bar goer or a drinker. Due to some last minute planning I happened to be solo in Osaka with a free night and this was the tour available and I'm so glad I booked it. It turned out as such a nice and safe opportunity to experience Osaka with it's great food and drinks and meet a bunch of very interesting people. Rodney was our guide and he created a superb atmosphere and was very attentive to food/drink preferences. And while this didn't feel like a "formal" tour at all I still left knowing random and historical facts about Osaka and Japan
Just book it!! You won’t regret it!

If you’re thinking about booking this, just do it. No need to look further. This was one of our favorite expirence this whole trip. We went to places that we would never end up on our own and we ate food we probably wouldn’t have known to order. Our tour guy Rodney was really knowledgeable and had a lot of cool facts about the area, the food, the culture etc. By the end of the night we felt like we were walking around with one of our friends. It was truly an expirence I’ll remember forever!
