5.00We did a full day tour with Julian. He is an experienced chef in both Japanese and French cooking, and his language skills are flawless. He took us to a variety of great places, including a place that serves beef "sushi," a sushi bar where you select your own tuna and they prepare it for you, and a place where they grill enormous crab legs and prawns. Julian's food knowledge was particularly evident with the tuna shop; he asked that they bring out some better cuts for our group. And he was a great conversationalist. It was like having a nice local friend take you around. Our time with Julian was the highlight of our trip.
