We joined Bernie on the Osaka walking tour in January, and oh what fun it was! Bernie was able to articulate the Japanese culture and explain details well whilst still having us embrace the colours and lights as well as the different foods and drinks

We had an absolute blast with Kevin as our guide on this tour. We got to go to several authentic local eateries, learned so much, and never stopped laughing! If you want a genuine taste of Osaka, along with one of the most enjoyable evenings of your trip, we highly recommend this tour, and if you can get Kevin as your guide, that’s a huge bonus!

Great tour. Our guide Rudy did a great job and was very informative. He gave us a lot of good information about Osaka and it's history.

Great experience with Mari on December 30th getting to sample food and drinks and learn a bit about Shinsekai! I liked that we visited a lot of small businesses that I probably wouldn't have found on my own without a guide. Our group was small - only 9 people - so we could visit small restaurants that a big tour wouldn't have gone to. I definitely recommend this experience for first-time visitors to Osaka.

We enjoyed our food tour which had lots of variety. The only reason it is a 4 star is we found the drinks situation confusing as we were often told this one is on me me the next one is on you but then after we ordered it was no this one in you next one on me.

Our guide, Nick, was knowledgeable and fun. It was a treat to be led to good food places and be able to ask a lot of questions.

Taka was an excellent guide who taught us a lot and answered all our questions. We met some wonderful people and went to places that we wouldn’t have been able to find if we weren’t there with a local. Highly recommend!

150% recommend Tommy as a tour guide. Such a lovely guy with a great sense of humor, love for food, Osaka and creating the best vibes for the entire group. We were with 6 adults and he was fantastic with making sure everyone had fun, got to experience Osakan soul food and learned about the food, culture and history throughout the entire tour. There was a great mix of food and drinks, no pressure to eat anything you didn't want and no shame if you ate extra! You're welcome to order more drinks than the 2 included in the tour (at your own cost), which we did to ensure we got to try the delicious sake at the end. You get to eat some Osaka classics like takoyaki and kushikatsu, plus some great fresh seafood (which normally I don't like!) and visit places I bet most tourists wouldn't eat at otherwise. Every restaurant and izakaya was clean and greeted us kindly. Honestly we had such a great group and guide we are afraid we peaked too soon on our 2nd day in Japan! ARIGATO GOZAIMASU TOMMY! Enjoy your well-deserved time off, congrats again, and keep doing great work, mate! -M&B from NL

Tour was really fun to check out a new area I wouldn’t have gone to and Yuichi, our guide, showed us how to eat foods, gave us suggestions that we needed to check out outside the tour, and our group all went out for some drinks after! So mix fun!

Love this food tour! We were able to go to five different restaurants and try different Japanese cuisine paired with traditional Japanese drinks. They even accommodated my pescatarian diet! Highly recommend.
