1.00Horrible experience.Tour driver was half an hour late. Could not reach office support. When your driver showed up he was difficult to understand, said he was going to make a phone call and slipoed out the back door without telling us!!!!! Wanted our day! Awaiting full refund and apology!!!! Super unprofessional!

2.00The service was very reasonably priced. The tour guide was not a local and had great English but only a basic level of Japanese. The guide had very limited knowledge of the area and was not able to veer from the predesignated stops. The company was not communicative and left all of my requests and emails prior to the tour unanswered. While the tour lacked knowledge and professionalism of a professional tour guide or driver, it was reasonably priced and aligned with a private uber which worked for our purposes.

1.00Our tour guide was late to pick us up and dropped us off early. He only went to half of the sites on the list. Not a great tour for the money.
