What To Expect

Osaka Castle

We will walk towards the main tower of Osaka Castle. During this walk, the tour guide will explain about Osaka Castle and the history of Osaka. If you want to go up to the observation deck in the main tower, you can buy a ticket from the tour guide. The fee to go up to the observation deck of Osaka Castle's main tower is 600 yen per person. This fee is separate from the tour cost.

Hokoku Shrine

Hokoku Shrine (Osaka Castle) Hokoku Shrine, located within Osaka Castle Park, is dedicated to Toyotomi Hideyoshi, the famous warlord who unified Japan in the late 16th century. Originally built in 1879, the shrine honors Hideyoshi and his loyal retainers. Visitors can see a majestic bronze statue of Hideyoshi and experience the historical significance of the site. Yuya was an excellent tour guide. He answered all of our questions and made it a memorable experience. Our favorite part was the Osaka Castle tour. The views from the top were spectacular. Yuya is an expert on his hometown. He spoke perfect English as rn spent many years in London. He went at a comfortable pace and guided us through Osaka with ease. We got to see all the things we wanted in short order. Would definitely recommend.

Our tour guide was great. We were a few minutes late because our taxi driver dropped us at a wrong location. He communicated and helped us meet up with the rest of the group. We were only in Osaka for a day and we had a great time thanks to our tour guide.
