Our tour guide Adam was a great story teller and kept us engaged as we explored the historical and cultural significant parts of Osaka. He shared both an insiders and an outsiders view of Japan with his stories and had some interesting historical points of interest

Our 5 hour tour of Osaka with Rutti was so much fun! He was knowledgeable and kept us moving through several markets and hotspots. He was patient as we stopped to shop, hang out with pigs and find snacks for our kids. He showed us the BEST food we’ve had in Japan. Awesome time all around! Thank you!

Our tour guide was very nice but the tour was supposed to take us to multiple sites and we only visited two. We were taken to one location and our guide mostly talked about how locals get drunk everyday and through up in the streets at night and about the love hotels all over the area for having sex with hourly rates for rooms, etc. This was not at all what we were wanting to hear about or see. Unfortunately, we paid for 5 hour private tour and felt very disappointed about our experience and lack of positive views or information about Osaka. Again, our guide was a very nice young lady but it was not at all what we expected the tour would be. We did we see much of anything for a 5 hour private tour nor was it like the description on Viator. We also did not get a free snack or drink as described on Viator site. Bottom line, don’t waste your money or time.
