We had an amazing experience on the Gems Tour in Osaka, and our guide Mario made it truly unforgettable. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history and culture of Japan. Mario explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and very engaging. Thanks to him, we now understand Osaka and Japanese culture much better than before. He showed us fascinating spots, shared interesting stories, and made the whole tour both educational and fun. What we appreciated the most was his positive energy and the way he connected with everyone in the group. It never felt rushed, and he made sure everyone was enjoying the experience. If you’re visiting Osaka, we highly recommend taking this tour and especially if you get Mario as your guide — you’re in great hands! Thank you, Mario, for making our trip even more memorable.

I’m so glad we did this at the beginning of our Osaka stay as it gave us an insight into the city , helped to orientate us and really helped us plan the rest of the stay. Brian was a great guide , full of facts and information, and showed us parts of the city we would never have found ourselves. That together with having a great mix of fellow guests from different countries made it a really enjoyable tour.

Our guide Paul had us transfixed in well-planned and insightful prose on the past, present and possible futures for this intriguing city of Osaka. Loved the Magic Alley. He promised hidden gems, and I felt like I walked away with pockets full of them! Time well spent, indeed.

Mariam was an absolute star today. She had great knowledge of different areas of Osaka and provided useful tips in navigating the city. We both learnt much more about the history of the city. Mariam most helpfully provided us with food recommendations.
