What To Expect
Osaka Castle
Of course, we’ll visit Osaka Castle—arguably the city’s most iconic landmark and a site of deep historical significance. As we explore the castle grounds, your guide will share fascinating stories about its history, architecture, and importance. While the castle’s reconstructed interior can be underwhelming, we recommend skipping it in favor of enjoying the impressive exterior and scenic surroundings.
Shitennoji
This is said to be the oldest Buddhist temple in Japan, and the grounds make for a great place to stroll about. We'll regale you with stories and lob you just enough info on the place to make it interesting without being tedious. Unless you like loads of info, because we have that too. It's your private tour after all! :)

1.00Booked this on April 30th for a tour on May 21st. On May 11th I received an email notifying me they cancelled our tour with no reason given. No apology. Because I was busy planning for the trip, I didn't even notice this email until the 14th! I was relieved they at least managed to issue the refund correctly, but they really left me in a lurch trying to find a good tour of Osaka for my travel group. To add to their ineptitude, I received an email from them on the 22nd with links to generic "photos of your tour!" and a request for a review. So this is my review.

5.00This is a great tour to see the top sites in Osaka. Lito was a great guide, bringing us to the top sites in Osaka and giving us expert local spots to go to. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of this great city and the Osaka and Kyoto area. He took us to some great local food spots as well for local cuisine. Having transportation to drive us from Kyoto and around a vast city like Osaka made the tour even better. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Osaka.

5.00This tour was perfect. We covered history and current aspects of Osaka castle , the shogun, ruling dynasties and their influences on Osaka and Japan. Along with this we saw the shrines, markets, local culture, pop culture and its influence in Japan, along with many popular neighborhoods( Dotonbori,Namba, Osaka). Our guide , Ferdinand was courteous, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The time flew by!
