Embark on this comprehensive tour of Oslo and explore all its must-see attractions with a licensed guide at your side. Enjoy panoramic city views from Holmenkollen Hill and admire the stunning ski jump, take a stroll through the impressive Vigeland Sculpture Park while your enthusiastic guide will introduce you to the art of the most prolific Norwegian artist, Gustav Vigeland, and then, visit two famous museums: the Fram Museum and the Norwegian Folk Museum* (The Open-Air Museum) with its iconic Stave church.

*On Mondays in April and October, and on unfavourable weather conditions, the Kon-Tiki Museum will be visited instead of the Folk Museum.

Fantastic overview of Oslo. The sculpture Park and the wooden ship and history were the highlights. Our guide was wonderful. Highly recommended.

Our Oslo Discovery Tour was outstanding, and a huge part of that experience was our guide, Chris. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about Oslo’s history, culture, and people. Chris blended fascinating historical details with humor and local insight, making the entire tour both informative and enjoyable. The pacing was perfect, the sights were beautiful, and Chris made sure everyone felt included and comfortable throughout the experience. This tour gave us a much deeper appreciation for Oslo than we could have gotten on our own. Highly recommend this tour — and if you get Chris as your guide, you’re in for a real treat!

Our guide, Janicke, was very knowledgeable and kept the group on track. If you have limited time to spend in Oslo, this tour is a good way to get a taste of the city. Or if you have extra days, you can get an understanding of the best way to spend your remaining time, especially since the museum visits were short. As we drove around, Janicke also pointed out other things to do not included in the tour.
Recommend to all who visit Oslo!

This tour was much more than what I expected. Our guide, Chris, was very knowledgeable about history and art. I was originally not very interested in the ski jump, or unsure if I like the Vigeland Sculpture Park, but I get what is very special about those places now. Thank you so much for educating me. Also, the bus driver (sorry, I forgot his name) was amazing! Please thank him for patiently waiting for us at each location.

Janine was a great tour guide. Very easy for Americans to understand. She was also an engaging person to talk to. The tour, although lengthy at 5.5 hours, was very interesting. The Fram boat museum was a highlight.

Janine was our excellent guide. Her kindness and interaction with the group were exceeded only by her vast knowledge of history and Norwegian culture. I took the Oslo Discovery tour, and it was an incredibly good value. I would highly recommend it for a first-time visitor to Oslo.

This was a fantastic tour which took us to a few really interesting places. Rita was our tour guide and she was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great sense of g humour which kept us engaged in what she was explaining. Highly recommend this tour.
