This small-group Oslo bike tour is limited to 15 people, ensuring you'll receive personal attention from your guide.
From 01 November 2023 – 29 February 2024 we alter the tour to accommodate winter conditions. We equip our bikes with spiked tires so that we can explore Oslo’s sights safely. Sites visited can change based on weather and seasonal activities such as Christmas markets, and are chosen by our guides based on being safely accessible. Please note that this winter tour is recommended only for individuals with cycling experience and is only available to those over the age of 12.

5.00Enjoyable & informative tour on well maintained bikes with helmets provided. The bikes enable you to cover quite a bit of territory in a reasonable timeframe. Several stops were provided where you can leave the bike and walk around the tourist location. 30 min was allowed for Vigeland sculpture park which was enough time to have a reasonable look around & photo opportunities. I always felt safe enough with traffic, but there are a couple of areas where you have to be careful with pedestrians. Max group of 15 per guide, so on busy days they just add more guides & groups. Would recommend.

5.00It was really cool to experience Oslo from a bike. Josh was a good guide. Sometimes it was challenging to navigate cycling in the areas where a lot of people were walking. It seems that Norwegians are used to that. We loved the quiet, natural environment of Oslo. Bike was comfortable and Josh had lots of great info. Love the Viking hat!!

5.00Kat was our bike tour guide during our 3 hour bike ride in Oslo. Kat provided excellent instruction and was watchful over our group of 12 riders. Kat was very friendly and knowledgeable about Oslo’s history which she shared throughout our bike ride. We made several stops during the ride with enough time to take photos and learn about the areas of Oslo.

5.00Francis, our tour guide, was outstanding. He made the city come to life with his stories of the history of Oslo; he provided time for us to walk around and explore certain areas; he tailored the route for a minor request; and he answered all of our questions. The size of Oslo and the various highlights made the bike tour the obvious choice to see all that we wanted to see. We highly recommend the friendly and attentive staff of Viking Biking Tours!
