Cruise guests who are arriving into Oslo will be able to board the City Sightseeing Buses directly outside of the cruise terminal.
First departure from Stop 1 at 10am
Last departure from Stop 1 at 4pm
Tour duration: 90 minutes
Frequency: every 30 minutes
You can hop-on and hop-off the bus at any stop
Buses run in all weather, so dress accordingly
You will need to exchange your ticket for your hop-on hop-off ticket with the City Sightseeing staff or bus driver before or upon boarding the bus. Keep the ticket with you at all times

Choose between two audio guide options: In-Seat Modules and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). Borrowable headsets with adapters are available on board. Don't forget to bring your headset for your own device if you want to use the BYOD option

The first bus stop is located at the National Theatre on Karl Johans Gate. You can also board at any of these conveniently located stops: Frogner Park & Vigeland Sculpture Park, Norwegian Museum of Cultural History, Viking Ship Museum, Kon-Tiki Museum / Fram Polar Ship Museum / Maritime Museum, Oslo Cruise Ship Terminal, or the Opera House

1.00Total disaster. Only after 15 minutes did the sound begin. The sound did not work in all places and in different places it was different languages that worked. Sound out of step with the ride. Factual errors in the presentation and referred to statistics from 1018 and 2019. it looks like many stops but several of them are double stops within 5 minutes, some peak is only for boat travelers so that if you step on in the city it is about 5-6 real stops.
Excellent company and its drivers too.

Very punctual in their schedules and driver Jose, an excellent driver and guide, helped me and my family know how and where we can go, very friendly! 1.00The audio was not continuous with large gaps of no commentary. The second level plastic curtain was hooked by the trees and kept ripping away from the supports and created issues and was dangerous. We were never told what channel to use and luckily another customer informed us. With the rain, you couldn’t see out the windows (no wiper blades). The salesman was friendly but didn’t feel the trip was worth the money

1.00My wife and I have travelled extensively. We have used The recommendation of Viator for different tours, etc. Based on the Viator website we booked the Hop-on, Hop-off bus in Oslo. The bus was constantly late and unreliable from the schedules listed. Frequently the bus commentary failed to work. The whole experience was a disaster. I would definitely suggest using the alternate Hop-on, Hop-off bus company. I wish I had.

2.00Unfortunately, this tour did not meet our expectations. From 90 min bus tour was declared at most 30 min. The rest of the time it was quiet. The tour also deviated significantly from the schedule. Only the ugly big cruise stops were approached precisely. For example, the Munch Museum was not mentioned at all. I miss more information about Parliament, the embassies, the history of Norway and basically more country-specific features. There was no music from Ibsen, nor information about Munch or Nobel. All in all, the worst hop on hop off tour we've ever undertaken

1.00The bus never came, and then they rejected my refund, and literally wrote that they didn’t issue my refund because they didn’t feel like it. Spend your $100+ dollars literally anywhere else. It completely ruined my trip.

1.00It was 30 degree Celsius and no AC in the bus. No mentioned about such when we rode on it. Asked for water because it has stickers indicating they sell water there is none.
Really only beneficial if you want to go to the museums.

4.00Due to the clockwise direction around the city, it takes over an hour to get from the city center area back to the cruise terminals, so isn't as useful as it could be. We ended up walking back to the terminal since it was only 20 minutes. Great if you mainly want to go out the museums, but if you don't, and just want to see the main city, don't bother. Commentary was very limited, too.

1.00The attendance at check in was not cooperative, I promoted her twice before she printed my tickets as she was talking to someone else and I was wandering and looking to other companies. I should mention that I feel I was racially marginalised in this case. She was talking to possibly German white individuals. I belief it might be the case I was non white person which is why she racially sidelined me. Also the history itself was quite dirty and the air ventilation was not sufficient. The headphone jack ports did not work properly and had to be adjusted a lot for any communication. The bus do not arrive and leave timely from a spot. While they say 20 minutes it’s 30-35 minutes per stop. It might be a cheaper option but not the most convinent one.
