What To Expect

You will have to get from your hotel to Oslo central train station yourself - hop on your train.
Flam
From Oslo you will arrive to Myrdal station, there you have to change trains and jump on - Flamsbana, this train will take to down to Flam. - A train journey unlike any other. This marvel of engineering takes you from the fjord to the mountain top as it climbs from Flam at sea level to the mountain station of Myrdal 862 metres above sea level.

5.00We had a great day and all went smoothly. The train actually left at 6.30am not 8am. Thankfully we were given notice. It was a 14 day but we took snacks, wine and lunch with us. A mixture of sunshine and rain which was expected in September.

5.00This is a very well organized trip. I usually like planning out and executing my own travel plans but this trip allowed me to sit back and take in the nature without thinking multiple steps ahead. Definitely try to get a seat facing forward on the left. Best views!

5.00The whole experience has been great, interesting but very expensive and tiring because then from Bergen I went back to Oslo by bus. For me it has been a self guided full day and night trip.

5.00The Fjord cruise and trip to Bergen are a must do in an itinerary to Norway. The Oslo Fjord is nice but you’ve missed something if you didn’t see the ones in the west.

5.00Very scenic way to go from Oslo to Bergen. Highly highly recommend using a porter service to transfer luggage separately. The cruise can be windy and cold on the deck (even in August). Suggest wearing warm clothes.

Driving on top of the mountains provided a unique perspective on Norway's stunning landscapes. The winding roads and high altitudes offered unparalleled views, making every twist and turn an adventure in itself. Fjord Cruise Upon reaching Bergen, we embarked on a Fjord Cruise—a must-do for anyone visiting Norway. This cruise was the highlight of our trip, showcasing the raw power and beauty of nature. As we glided through the fjords, surrounded by towering cliffs and cascading waterfalls, we were reminded of how small we are in comparison to the majestic natural world. 5.00a one dayvreturn trip from oslo to flam eventhough hectic is possible . we took the 615 train from oslo which had a stop at mydral 4 -5" hrs picturesque journey and from there took the Flam train 30 mins appart . at flam took the Fjord cruise for 2hrs a Must do ( cruise point is just 50 metres ftom rail station ) on return from cruise . took the flam train back to myrdal and took the connectiing train to oslo . reached oslo by 10 .30 pm

5.00Don't be nervous about following all the instructions. It's well layed out, it's not their 1st rodeo. The sites are "out of this world". Just a fantastic day with a whole lot of memories and pictures.

5.00This is a great way to see the true beauty of Norway. My husband and I (in our 60's) had no trouble navigating the route as everything was spelled out for us. We met many wonderful people during our trip and the scenery was spectacular. I highly recommend this trip.
