The tour is exclusively for you and your party and not shared with anyone else. It is designed to be enjoyed by between 1 to 7 people with your very own guide who will not only enthral you with your Outlander tour but will also introduce you to other wonderful sights and stories as you travel through our beautiful country here in Scotland. We have listed only some of the most popular Outlander destinations, but you can choose others. Our tours are either ½ day (4hrs), full day (8hrs), or multi day tours. We will pick you up from wherever you are (at the dock if you are off a cruise ship, at your hotel, guesthouse, holiday cottage..

What To Expect
Falkland Palace & Garden
Although Falkland Palace, technically, is still the property of the Crown, since it’s acquisition by the 3rd Marquess of Bute in 1887, the property has been in the keepership of the Crichton Stuart family. The village and palace have appeared a few times in the series. I season 1, the village is used to portray post war Inverness in 1946, where Claire & Frank spend their 2nd honeymoon. Whilst looking in to Frank’s ancestral history, they both secretly watch a pagan ritual at the standing stones. Claire returns alone to the stones and falls through time to 1743.
Culross Palace
This is top of the list for many Outlander enthusiasts, and simply must be visited. Highly regarded as one of the finest examples of a Royal Burgh (a Burgh which has been granted a Royal charter from the Crown), from the 17th & 18th century, and a fine jewel in the crown within the Kingdom of Fife. It is one of the most picturesque villages in Scotland, whether you are an Outlander fan or not.

3.00Having a private tour is always more expensive. However, as a solo traveler, I choose to do it because of convenience. I get to see more and get to do pretty much what I choose. This tour, though, was not worth the price paid. I had to pay my own admission everywhere. It was not much, but it is a matter of principal. If I am charged that much, tickets should be included. In addition, not much was explained. I was dropped off to explore on my own. Honestly, next time it will be much cheaper to just hire a car for a day and do what I choose.

5.00Our tour guide, Alistair, was absolutely wonderful! He made the tour very personable, shared tons of stories with us, and truly made Glasgow and the surrounding areas feel like a second home. To top it all off we had beautiful weather which truly made it a dream tour! If you are looking to truly experience and not just see Glasgow, this is the tour for you!

5.00Our guide, Alistair, tailored our experience to our interests. We are not Outlander fans so he added some other experiences. We saw Castles, a town where Outlander was filmed, The Kelpies, a beautiful Cathederal and had lunch at a charming place where everything is made in house. It was a great day. Highly recommend booking this tour for a personalized experience! Alistair is the perfect guide to provide you with information about everything you will see!!

5.00Our tour was customized to what we wanted to see. Jordan was flexible and courteous. He picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and was timely. He recommended a great place to eat when we were hungry and when I left my bag at the restaurant he went back to pick it up while we got tickets for our next castle visit. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

5.00Brilliant tour, I live in Scotland and thought we would try something different. Great day out, never been to these places, amazing to see parts of our country I would of otherwise not visited. The tour guide Paul was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Made us all feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
