I was initially hesitant about going to El Nido due to the travel logistics and airport inconvenience, but SIA Travel made everything so much easier. A van picked me up directly from my hotel (the Sheraton) and took me to the Underground River tour. Afterward, they dropped me off at a shop where I waited for the next van to El Nido. The wait was a bit long, especially in the humid and hot weather, but SIA kept me updated and was very responsive throughout. I had a good time in El Nido, though I did end up getting sick. Fortunately, SIA Travel was flexible and helped me rebook a later van back to Puerto Princesa. The return van ride wasn’t the most pleasant—it was long, the road was winding, and some fellow passengers were inconsiderate—but that’s not SIA Travel’s fault. Overall, I’d highly recommend SIA Travel for their professionalism and customer service. As for El Nido, while it’s home to some of the best snorkeling spots, vibrant reefs, and colorful marine life, I personally wasn’t a huge fan of the overall experience.
