Our guide, Simone, was fabulous. Knowledgeable and funny! We try to do a walking food and wine, in this case, beer tour in most cities we travelled to. We highly recommend this tour.

Salvo was the very best guide I have ever taken a tour with. He was knowledgeable about the food, customs, and the history of Sicily. He was also very kind and his sense of humor was evident in all of the stories that he told. He interacted with all of the 13 people in our group in a very professional, yet personal, manner. The food was delicious, even the spleen sandwich which was definitely a first for me. The cannolo was one of the best I have ever eaten and that says a lot because I love cannoli.
