Inexperienced guide, no information about cathedral, few highlights seen and no enthusiasm because of insufficient knowledge. Negative experience.

Never took the tour. Three guides canceled on us - the last one got sick the morning of the tour. She gave us guidance to try to do it ourselves but it wasn’t the same.

I initiated this tour a month prior to the tour since I was coming off of a cruise into an unknown own port/country. I confirmed with the tour operator who then gave me the contact info of the tour guide. I expressed my skepticism about it being an unknown port of my cruise, (attached the itinerary for her info ) and she assured me it would be fine. On the day of the tour she was a “no show” I told her it was too late and to cancel and refund. She felt awful and said she would submit the refund in my behalf, and…………. Then the tour operator refused my refund request stating it was wrong port/ wrong location. I clarified this 1 month prior. I had an excursion booked with Viator for EVERY DAY of my cruise and CANCELLED EVERY SINGLE ONE!! I will no longer use Viator

We were scheduled for Monday but due to the storm had to reschedule for Tuesday which was no problem for you. We readjusted our schedule as well. Delia was supposed to be our guide, she was so faithful to communicate with me via WhatsApp but she was sick and we met Bianca. I was disappointed but Bianca didn’t disappoint. She was clearly communicated the history and culture of Palermo, walked us through the sites and graciously pointed us in the direction of the train station for our trip to Cefalu. She has a wonderful and kind personality and we would recommend her and your service to anyone.
