The Do Eat Better Experience food tour is a walking tour around the historical center of the city. The tourist is guided by a Foodie, a local buddy able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities.
Do Eat Better Experience tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing Italian culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. This is the reason why we accept small groups only: we want to focus on a genuine exchange and give to each tourist the highest attention possible.
Please, note that the tour is always run in English and Italian; other languages upon request.

5.00Great tour, super fun and informative. Was worried it might be a lot of walking for my girls aged 10 and 12, but that was not at all an issue. Our guide set a leisurely pace stopping to point out non-food related points of interest which also helped put some time between eating. All of the food stops on the tour were great and I definitely learned a lot. Would recommend taking the tour early in your stay in Palermo if you can as it will give you great insight into what to look for from other quality street food establishments during your stay.

5.00Very well organised experience. Everything one needs to know via WhatsApp. Carlo’s phone number. Google maps direction to meeting place etc Carlo was very easy to understand as he spoke good English. There were seven of us in total on the tour. Lovely American family and myself and my girlfriend. We tried all sorts of Sicilian food delicacies including a rather surprisingly spleen panini! Not too much walking so all in all a good experience to have in Palermo.
