Parking is not included so plan on another $15 when you arrive. Tram ride is about ten minutes in a revolving car, so great views no matter where you stand. small info center at the top, as well as a snack bar, bar and restaurant. And plenty of hiking and walking trails for all levels.

We still had to get in line to exchange our Viator voucher for tickets, but the process went smoothly. The tram was clean and staff very friendly. We took a shorty hike around the area on the top and ate lunch in their restaurant. Overall a fantastic experience

It is very beautiful. An unforgettable experience. The tram ride back was so fun. The driver played great music and he made jokes and made it lots of fun. There was a man and woman in the gift shop on the mountain that were rude. I needed a larger sweatshirt that I bought from the nice man down the mountain. He suggested I ask up the mountain if the had a larger size that I could trade it for. When I first walked up to the counter they both looked at me like I was interrupting their conversation and then when I told the lady what I needed she looked at the man and said now why would he tell her that. And she appeared agitated with the nice young man below and with me. I then asked her if she didn’t want to do it and she then stated just go ahead and see if you can find the size. She was no help at all and just plain rude in my opinion and that is why I rated it a 2. The nice young man in the gift shop below even helped me look through all of the sweatshirts and even went to the back to see if he had one in the stock room. She just continued to chat with the other man she was working with and did nothing to help but what was worse is the way I felt when I left there like I had done something wrong. I told my travel mates how she treated me and they were furious as well.
