The driver and guide were amazing, through difficult circumstances due to heavy traffic in the city they kept their cool and did their very best to get us all back to our hotels as quickly as possible. Big kudos to both

Our guide Tailan was very knowledgeable. He kept on giving us facts to make us not bored during the long drive to Pamukkale. There were enough toilet breaks throughout the trip and enough time to discover Pamukkale, Heirapolis and Cleopatra's pool. We had a great experience! Thank you Mr. Tailan!

We did the night trip to observe the sunrise from a hot air balloon and it was an exceptionally good trip - the visit to Pamukkale after was a bit short but after the long night drive to get to Pamukkale that was less of an issue (had a long drive back after). The views from our balloon were breath taking and it was a great day out. It was a tad chilly at 1200 meters, but still well worth the effort of bringing a coat for that part of the day. You always seem to arrive too late for sunrise, but you still to get to see the sun rise over the mountains, day light just beats you before you take off.
