  We had a short day in Panama City during our cruise and I contacted Camilo to book a private tour. He was very responsive and we enjoyed a short, but packed, private drive with his team member Joseph. Highly recommend CAB Tours for your sightseeing and transportation needs when in Panama. Reasonable and reliable.

  Camilo is an excellent guide and did an outstanding job! From the moment I emailed him he responded punctually answering all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He was punctual patient honest and was extremely accommodating. He definitely made our Panama trip a very memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend him!

  Our tour guide was knowledgeable, personable, and flexible willing to adapt to our particular interests beyond the customary. We took great pictures and had a wonderful lunch. We were so impressed with our tour guide that we immediately booked another the next day.

  We always use Camillo as our travel guide when we travel to Panama City. Our Family has been on almost all of his tours, he is always friendly and welcoming to all of us. He was very understanding on our trip in July because of the Delta technical difficulties, getting home to Alabama became a challenge. I had to text him almost every hour that Saturday when Delta changed our departure time hourly. Thank you Camillo for your understanding. He will be my go to guide when we are in Panama.

  This is your guy. If you go to Panama, you are likely going to need a driver/guide. We have visited 100 countries and had guides and drivers in many of them. Camilo Bermudez is your guy in Panama. We used his services in 2016 and again in 2024. His rates are reasonable, he’s reliable, he speaks English well and he’s just a downright nice guy.   Camilo is the best. Super responsive via email, extremely knowledgeable about all cultural and historical aspects of Panama, an insightful guide to all sorts of stores, markets, cafes, ‘fondas’, restaurants and other attractions. Very personable - you will be fast friends and inviting him to visit your own city by the end of the day. He is also very flexible - despite our efforts to throw him off by changing our timeline and preferred destinations almost constantly, Camilo took it in stride and we had a fantastic experience!!

  We were visiting Boquete, but a friend suggested we spend at least a day in Panama City and recommended Camilo for our tour. He arranged a city tour for our arrival and then a morning birding tour before our flight the next day. Due to unforeseen events in Boquete, we were unable to get to Panama City on time. I called to let Camilo know we would miss our tour but that we needed a ride from the airport into the city. He was so kind and gave us advice on exactly what to do. The next day, we did a modified birding tour with a great guide, arranged by Camilo. Our birding guide dropped us at the Miraflores Locks and Camilo was waiting there for us. Then we did a quick, but fun tour of downtown Panama City, even finding time to have some amazing empanadas in Old Town, before catching our flight back to the States. Camilo turned what could have been a stressful situation into a delightful visit. We will definitely see him again when we bring the rest of the family back to Panama City.

  Our guide was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. We were able to go at our pace, never felt rushed. Really enjoyed our time at the Mariposa locks and our intro to the city as a whole.

  We stopped in Panama City on a Canal Cruise in November. We wanted to tour the old city but not necessarily visit the locks which we had just transited. Camilo arranged a driver / guide and car for us. Our guide, Sinar, was waiting outside the front gate of the Cruise terminal on Fuerte Amador. We finalized what we wanted to do and off we went. We did a walking tour of old colonial Panama City, hearing about the history of the 'new' / old town as we walked. We then drove out to the original settlement of Panama City which was sacked by Morgan. Archaeological site is quite extensive, and if you are going to tour there do bring a hat along with you. We finished up our day with a delicious lunch of Panamanian specialties. All in all a very enjoyable day with an excellent guide - heartily recommend CAB taxi tours for your transfer or touring needs.
