Our day ticket gives you the opportunity to get on and off the Panoramabahn Schönbrunn as often as you like at a total of nine stops and explore the entire park area at your own pace.

Easy way to see the Palace and Gardens

5.00This little train was excellent. My husband has walking difficulties so we were able to ride round the gardens and hop on and hop off. Highly recommend.

5.00Without the train we wouldn't have seen much of Schönbrunn, because it can't be done on foot in one day. That was really nice and a relaxed tour of Schönbrunn.

5.00A smart and efficient way to get around Schloss Schönbrunn. The area is very large. 9 stops are available, and you can hop on and get off at each stop. In addition, oral information in different languages is available. Worked very well for us. We jumped off at Palmenhaus, Gloriette and at the Obelisk Fountain.

4.00Our two young children (and our knees) really appreciated this fun way to explore the grounds of Schönbrunn, from the doors of the palace to the top at Gloriette and back again. It’s an enjoyable hop-on, hop-off ride, with added commentary so you understand what you can see. With Gloriette being so high up, it also takes a lot of the strain out of getting there and admiring the view. It takes in stops for major attractions in the park, and shows you some parts you may never come across otherwise. The price is a little steep - though it is free for the Vienna Pass - but you could ride to a lot of places.

3.00It's a lot of fun to take a ride around the park with my nephew. The stops are marked so you can plan a tour. It's not a cheap pleasure, but if you can make a little boy happy, it's worth it.

4.00Ideal way to travel up to that Gloriette if you physically can’t manage the walk. Useful to hop on and off. Interesting commentary along the way. Tickets a bit expensive but a fun experience.
